- Loop Recording: The dashcam records continuously in short segments (e.g., 1, 3, or 5 minutes). When the storage is full, the oldest files are overwritten automatically.
- G-Sensor: The built-in G-sensor detects sudden impacts or collisions. When triggered, it automatically locks the current video segment to prevent it from being overwritten. This emergency video includes footage from 10 seconds before and 30 seconds after the event.
2. Voice Control
The M660 supports voice commands for hands-free operation, enhancing driving safety. Use simple commands to control various functions:
- "Take picture"
- "Show all cameras"
- "Turn off audio" / "Turn on audio"
- "Turn on WiFi" / "Turn off WiFi"
- "Turn on screen" / "Turn off screen"
- "Lock the video"

Smart English voice control allows for hands-free operation, improving safety and convenience.

Built-in 5GHz WiFi allows for fast preview, download, and sharing of videos via the AZDOME app.
4. GPS Tracking
The integrated GPS module records your driving route and speed. You can review this information using the AZDOME app or the dedicated AZDOME GPS Player on your computer, providing crucial evidence in case of an incident.
5. Parking Monitoring (24h Surveillance)
The AZDOME M660 offers 24-hour parking surveillance modes:
- Collision Detection Mode: The G-sensor detects impacts while parked and automatically records and locks video footage.
- Motion Detection Mode: Records when motion is detected around the vehicle.
- Time-Lapse Recording: For continuous 24-hour surveillance, connect the dashcam to a hardwire kit (sold separately, ASIN: B0BHN8SS4D). This mode records at a low frame rate (e.g., 15 FPS) to save storage space while providing continuous coverage.

7. Night Vision and WDR

Maintenance
1. eMMC Storage
The M660 features advanced 128GB eMMC high-speed storage, eliminating the need for an external SD card. eMMC offers faster read/write speeds and higher reliability compared to standard SD cards, minimizing data loss risk. No specific maintenance is required for the eMMC, but ensure the device is powered off correctly to prevent data corruption.

The M660's 128GB built-in eMMC storage offers superior speed and reliability compared to SD cards.
2. Cleaning
To maintain optimal video quality, regularly clean the camera lenses with a soft, lint-free cloth. Avoid using abrasive cleaners or solvents that could damage the lens coating. Clean the dashcam body with a slightly damp cloth as needed.
Troubleshooting
- Dashcam does not power on: Ensure the power cable is securely connected to both the dashcam and the car charger. Check if the car charger is properly inserted into the cigarette lighter socket. Verify your vehicle's cigarette lighter socket is functioning.
- Dashcam restarts frequently: This could indicate an unstable power supply. Ensure the power cable is not loose. If using a hardwire kit, verify proper installation.
- Side cameras show black and white video: This is often normal in low-light conditions as IR (infrared) lights activate for night vision, which records in monochrome. If it occurs in bright light, check camera connections.
- App connection issues (Wi-Fi): Ensure the dashcam's Wi-Fi is enabled. Keep your smartphone within 3 meters (10 feet) of the dashcam. Try restarting both the dashcam and your phone's Wi-Fi.
- GPS not tracking: Ensure the dashcam has a clear view of the sky for GPS signal acquisition. It may take a few minutes for the GPS to lock onto satellites.
- Battery drain in parking mode: If you experience significant battery drain, ensure your hardwire kit is installed correctly and provides proper low-voltage protection. The hardwire kit (sold separately) is essential for safe 24h parking surveillance.
- Video files are not saving or are corrupted: The eMMC storage is highly reliable. If issues occur, try resetting the dashcam to factory settings. If the problem persists, contact customer support.
