Installation Instructions

This GFCI replacement plug is designed for easy installation with screw terminals, eliminating the need for soldering. It is a non-grounded, 2-wire, 2-prong assembly.

Required Tools:

  • Screwdriver
  • Wire Strippers

Installation Steps:

  1. Prepare the Wire: Carefully cut and strip the insulation from the end of your appliance's power cord, exposing the two internal wires. Ensure approximately 1/2 inch of bare wire is exposed.

  7. Close the Assembly: Carefully close the plug assembly, ensuring no wires are pinched. Secure it with the screws.

  9. Initial Plug-in: After installation, it is necessary to press the Reset Button for initial power-up.
