2. Important Safety Information
WARNING: Electrical installation must be performed by a qualified electrician. This appliance requires a 220-240V hard-wired connection; it does not come with a plug.
General Safety Precautions:
- Ensure the cooktop is installed on a stable, level surface according to the installation instructions.
- Do not touch hot surfaces. Always use oven mitts or pot holders.
- Never leave the cooktop unattended during operation.
- Keep children away from the appliance during use and when it is cooling down.
- Do not use the cooktop as a storage surface.
- Avoid placing flammable materials near the cooktop.
- In case of a crack in the ceramic glass surface, immediately turn off the appliance and disconnect it from the power supply. Contact qualified service personnel.

- Child Lock: Prevents accidental operation by locking the control panel.
- Residual Heat Indicator ('H'): Illuminates to warn that a cooking zone is still hot after use. Do not touch the surface when 'H' is displayed.

4. Installation Instructions
WARNING: Installation must be carried out by a qualified electrician in accordance with local electrical codes and regulations.
4.1 Unpacking
Carefully remove the cooktop from its packaging. Inspect for any damage during transit. Retain packaging materials for potential future transport or service.
4.2 Countertop Preparation
The cooktop is designed for drop-in installation. Ensure your countertop opening meets the following dimensions:
- Built-in Width: 22.04 inches (56 cm)
- Built-in Depth: 19.7 inches (50 cm)
Ensure adequate ventilation space around the appliance as specified in the installation guide provided with the product.
4.3 Electrical Connection
This cooktop requires a 220-240V / 50-60Hz electrical supply and must be hard-wired. It does not include a plug. The total heating power is 8400W. A dedicated circuit with appropriate amperage is required.

Refer to the detailed wiring diagram in Figure 4.1 and the separate installation manual for specific connection instructions. Incorrect wiring can lead to electric shock or fire.
5. Operating Instructions
5.1 Turning On/Off
- To turn on: Touch the main power button (O) on the control panel.
- To turn off: Touch and hold the main power button (O) for a few seconds.
5.2 Selecting a Cooking Zone and Adjusting Power
- After turning on the cooktop, select the desired cooking zone by touching its corresponding zone selection button.
- Use the '+' and '-' buttons to adjust the power level from 1 (low) to 9 (high).
- For expandable zones, an additional touch may activate the larger heating area.
5.3 Using the Timer
- Select the cooking zone for which you want to set a timer.
- Touch the timer button (L).
- Use the '+' and '-' buttons to set the desired cooking time (1-99 minutes). The cooktop will automatically turn off the selected zone when the timer expires.
5.4 Pause Function
- To activate: Touch the pause button (||). All active cooking zones will pause, and their power levels will be temporarily held.
- To resume: Touch the pause button (||) again. Cooking will resume at the previously set power levels.
5.5 Child Lock
- To activate: Touch and hold the child lock button (key icon) for a few seconds until the indicator light illuminates. The control panel will be locked.
- To deactivate: Touch and hold the child lock button (key icon) again for a few seconds until the indicator light turns off.
6. Cleaning and Maintenance
WARNING: Always ensure the cooktop is turned off and completely cool before cleaning.
6.1 Cleaning the Ceramic Glass Surface
- For light spills and daily cleaning, wipe the surface with a damp cloth and mild detergent. Dry thoroughly with a clean cloth.
- For stubborn stains or burnt-on food, use a ceramic cooktop cleaner and the included scraper. Hold the scraper at a shallow angle to avoid scratching the surface.
- Avoid abrasive cleaners, scouring pads, or harsh chemicals, as these can damage the glass surface.
6.2 Control Panel
Wipe the control panel with a soft, damp cloth. Ensure it is dry before operating the cooktop.

7. Troubleshooting
