1. Introduction

The Tikom L9000 Robot Vacuum and Mop is an advanced cleaning device designed to efficiently maintain the cleanliness of your home. Equipped with LiDAR navigation, powerful suction, and intelligent mapping capabilities, it offers a comprehensive solution for various floor types.

3. Setup

3.1 Unpacking and Initial Placement

1. Carefully remove all components from the packaging.
2. Choose a suitable location for the charging station. Ensure it is placed against a wall on a hard, level surface, with at least 0.5 meters (1.6 feet) of clear space on both sides and 1.5 meters (4.9 feet) in front.
3. Connect the power adapter to the charging station and plug it into a power outlet.

3.2 Initial Charging

1. Place the robot vacuum onto the charging station. Ensure the charging contacts on the robot align with those on the station.
2. Allow the robot to fully charge before its first use. The indicator lights will show charging status.

3.3 App Connection (Tuya Smart App)

1. Download the "Tuya Smart" app from your mobile device's app store (iOS or Android).
2. Register or log in to your Tuya Smart account.
3. Ensure your mobile device is connected to a 2.4GHz Wi-Fi network. The L9000 only supports 2.4GHz Wi-Fi.
4. Follow the in-app instructions to add your Tikom L9000 device. This typically involves pressing and holding both the power and home buttons on the robot simultaneously until the Wi-Fi indicator blinks.

4. Operating the Robot Vacuum

4.1 LiDAR Navigation and Smart Mapping

The L9000 utilizes 360° LiDAR navigation to accurately map your home's layout. It can save up to 5 different maps, allowing for customized cleaning schedules across multiple floors without re-mapping each time.

4.2 Cleaning Modes and Suction Power

The L9000 offers both sweeping and mopping functionalities. It features a powerful 4000 Pa suction, making it effective on various surfaces including hard floors, tiles, wooden floors, and low-pile carpets. The mopping function includes an electronically controlled water pump with 3 adjustable water output levels.

4.3 Customized Cleaning and Restricted Zones

Through the Tuya Smart App, you can customize your cleaning experience. This includes selecting specific cleaning modes, adjusting suction and water output levels, cleaning particular rooms, and setting virtual walls or no-go zones (up to 14). This allows the robot to avoid areas like pet zones or carpets during mopping.

4.4 Runtime and Self-Charging

The L9000 can operate for up to 150 minutes in quiet mode on a single charge. When the battery level is low, or cleaning is complete, the robot will automatically return to its charging station. It resumes cleaning from where it left off once the battery reaches over 80%.

4.5 Voice Control

The Tikom L9000 can be connected to smart home assistants like Amazon Alexa and Google Home for convenient voice control. Simply use voice commands to start, stop, or send the robot back to its charging station.

Regular maintenance ensures optimal performance and extends the lifespan of your Tikom L9000.

5.1 Dust Bin and Water Tank

• Emptying the Dust Bin: After each cleaning cycle, remove the 2-in-1 dust bin and water tank unit. Open the dust bin compartment and empty its contents into a trash can.
• Cleaning the Water Tank: If using the mopping function, empty any remaining water from the tank. Rinse the tank with clean water. Do not add cleaning solutions or essential oils to the water tank, only water.

5.2 Brushes

• Side Brushes: Periodically check the side brushes for tangled hair or debris. Remove and clean them as needed. Replace worn brushes with new ones (4 spare brushes are included).
• Main Brush: Remove the main brush cover and the main brush. Use the included cleaning brush to remove any hair or debris wrapped around the brush.

5.3 Filter

• HEPA Filter: Tap the HEPA filter gently to remove dust. Do not wash the HEPA filter with water. Replace the HEPA filter and sponge every 3-6 months, or more frequently depending on usage.

5.4 Sensors

• Wipe the anti-drop sensors, anti-collision sensors, and charging contacts on the robot and charging station with a clean, dry cloth to ensure proper function.
