4. Setup and Assembly
Follow these steps to assemble your WantJoin Hot Dog Steamer:
- Install Side Panels: Attach the two stainless steel side panels to both sides of the base using the provided screws.
- Insert Tempered Glass: Place the tempered glass panel into the back slot of the steamer.
- Attach Roof: Secure the triangular stainless steel roof to the top of the unit using screws.
- Place L-shaped Plates: Insert the two L-shaped stainless steel plates onto the first layer of the insulated cabinet.

5. Operating Instructions
Operating your hot dog steamer is straightforward:
- Add Water: Open the dust cover on the water inlet and pour water into the tank up to the MAX level line. The 7L water tank ensures prolonged steaming without frequent refills.
- Load Food: Place hot dogs in the lower tier and buns in the upper tier of the warming cabinet. The steamer can hold approximately 150-175 hot dogs and 26-40 buns.
- Power On and Set Temperature: Plug in the appliance. Turn the power switch ON. Adjust the temperature control knob to your desired setting between 86°F-230°F (30°C-110°C). The real-time temperature display will show the current temperature.
- Monitor Water Level: The low-water notice function will alert you if the water level is too low, and the machine will automatically cut off power to prevent dry-burning. Add water as needed.
