1. Introduction

Thank you for purchasing the SINCHEREU SCV15 Corded 3-in-1 Stick Vacuum Cleaner. This manual provides essential information for the safe operation, assembly, maintenance, and troubleshooting of your new vacuum cleaner. Please read this manual thoroughly before first use and retain it for future reference.

2. Important Safety Instructions

When using an electrical appliance, basic precautions should always be followed, including the following:

  • Read all instructions before using this vacuum cleaner.
  • Always disconnect from the electrical outlet before cleaning or servicing.
  • Do not use outdoors or on wet surfaces.
  • Do not allow to be used as a toy. Close attention is necessary when used by or near children.
  • Use only as described in this manual. Use only manufacturer’s recommended attachments.
  • Do not use with a damaged cord or plug. If the appliance is not working as it should, has been dropped, damaged, left outdoors, or dropped into water, return it to a service center.
  • Do not pull or carry by cord, use cord as a handle, close a door on cord, or pull cord around sharp edges or corners. Do not run appliance over cord. Keep cord away from heated surfaces.
  • Do not unplug by pulling on cord. To unplug, grasp the plug, not the cord.
  • Do not handle plug or vacuum cleaner with wet hands.
  • Do not put any object into openings. Do not use with any opening blocked; keep free of dust, lint, hair, and anything that may reduce airflow.
  • Keep hair, loose clothing, fingers, and all parts of body away from openings and moving parts.
  • Do not pick up anything that is burning or smoking, such as cigarettes, matches, or hot ashes.
  • Do not use to pick up flammable or combustible liquids, such as gasoline, or use in areas where they may be present.
  • Do not use without dust cup and/or filters in place.
  • Turn off all controls before unplugging.
  • Use extra care when cleaning on stairs.

4. Assembly

The SINCHEREU SCV15 can be assembled in various configurations for different cleaning tasks.

4.1. Assembling the Stick Vacuum

  1. Insert the extension wand into the main motor unit until it clicks securely into place.
  2. Attach the floor brush head to the other end of the extension wand until it clicks securely.
  3. Ensure all connections are firm before use.

4.2. Assembling the Handheld Vacuum

  1. Detach the extension wand from the main motor unit by pressing the release button.
  2. Attach either the crevice tool or the dusting brush directly to the main motor unit until it clicks securely.

5. Operation

5.1. Powering On/Off

Plug the power cord into a suitable electrical outlet. Press the power button located on the main motor unit to turn the vacuum cleaner on. Press it again to turn it off.

5.2. Using the Floor Brush Head

The floor brush head is designed for multi-surface cleaning. It features an adjustable brush for different floor types.

  • For Carpets: Ensure the bristles are retracted. This setting allows for optimal suction and prevents tangling on carpet fibers.
  • For Hard Floors (Hardwood, Tile, Marble): Extend the bristles. This helps to sweep fine dust and debris without scratching delicate surfaces.

5.3. Using Attachments (Handheld Mode)

5.4. Cord Management

The 5-meter power cord provides ample reach for cleaning larger areas without frequently changing outlets. Ensure the cord is not tangled or obstructed during use.

6. Maintenance

Regular maintenance ensures optimal performance and extends the lifespan of your vacuum cleaner.

6.1. Emptying the Dust Cup

The 0.8L dust cup should be emptied regularly, especially when the debris reaches the MAX fill line.

  1. Ensure the vacuum cleaner is unplugged.
  2. Press the dust cup release button to detach the dust cup from the main motor unit.
  3. Position the dust cup over a trash bin. Press the bottom release button to open the dust cup and empty its contents.
  4. Close the dust cup lid and reattach the dust cup to the main motor unit until it clicks.

6.2. Cleaning the Filters

The SINCHEREU SCV15 features a 4-stage advanced filtration system with washable HEPA filters. Regular cleaning of the filters is crucial for maintaining suction power and preventing secondary pollution.

  1. Unplug the vacuum cleaner.
  2. Remove the dust cup as described above.
  3. Twist and pull out the filter assembly from the dust cup.
  4. Separate the HEPA filter and sponge filter from the assembly.
  5. Rinse the HEPA filter and sponge filter under cool running water until the water runs clear. Do not use detergent.
  6. Allow all filter components to air dry completely for at least 24 hours before reassembling. Do not use a dryer or heat to dry.
  7. Once completely dry, reassemble the filters and place them back into the dust cup, then reattach the dust cup to the main motor unit.

Note: It is recommended to clean the filters every 2-4 weeks, depending on usage. Replace HEPA filters every 3-6 months for best performance.

7. Storage

The SINCHEREU SCV15 comes with a wall-mounted bracket for convenient storage.

  1. Choose a suitable location on a wall for mounting the bracket.
  2. Securely attach the wall mounting bracket using appropriate screws and anchors (not included).
  3. Hang the vacuum cleaner on the bracket for compact and accessible storage.

8. Troubleshooting
