Maintenance
1. Cleaning the Exterior
- For general cleaning, wipe the fabric exterior with a damp cloth and mild soap.
- Avoid using harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners, as these can damage the fabric and finish.
- Allow the luggage to air dry completely before storing.
2. Wheel Care
- Periodically check the spinner wheels for any debris (e.g., hair, lint) that may hinder smooth operation.
- Clean the wheel axles with a soft brush or cloth.
- If wheels become stiff, a small amount of silicone-based lubricant can be applied to the axles.
3. Zipper Maintenance
- Keep zippers free from dirt and debris.
- If a zipper becomes difficult to operate, apply a small amount of zipper lubricant or wax.
Troubleshooting
1. Handle is Stiff or Wobbly
- Ensure the handle release button is fully depressed when extending or retracting.
- Check for any obstructions in the handle mechanism.
- If the handle remains wobbly, it may indicate internal damage. Refer to the warranty section for repair options.
2. Wheels Not Rolling Smoothly
- Clean any debris from around the wheels and axles (refer to Maintenance section).
- Apply lubricant if necessary.
- If a wheel is damaged or broken, contact customer support for replacement parts or service.
3. Zippers Catching or Not Closing
- Avoid overpacking the luggage, which can put excessive strain on zippers.
- Ensure no fabric or other material is caught in the zipper teeth.
- Lubricate the zipper as described in the Maintenance section.
