Setup

Preheating
- Close the grill plates.
- Turn the temperature control knob to your desired setting (Min to Max).
- The grill will begin to heat up. The ready indicator light will turn off during heating and illuminate when the grill has reached the set temperature.
Using as a Contact Grill (Closed Position)
Ideal for paninis, sandwiches, and thinner cuts of meat or vegetables.
- Once preheated, carefully place your food onto the bottom grill plate.
- Gently close the top grill plate over the food. The adjustable hinge allows the top plate to adapt to the thickness of your food.
- Cook for the desired time, checking periodically.
- Use heat-resistant utensils to remove food.
Using as an Open Grill (180-degree Position)
Perfect for larger quantities, delicate items, or when you need to grill on a flat surface, such as pancakes or eggs.
- With the grill closed, gently push the release button (if present, refer to diagram on appliance) or lift the handle until the top plate can be fully opened to lay flat, creating a continuous grilling surface.
- Once preheated, place food on both grilling surfaces.
- Cook as desired, turning food as needed.
- Use heat-resistant utensils to remove food.

Cleaning and Maintenance
Proper cleaning and maintenance will extend the life of your Zeegma Grill Chef Easy.
- Unplug and Cool: Always unplug the grill from the power outlet and allow it to cool completely before cleaning.
- Remove Drip Tray: Carefully slide out the drip tray and empty any collected fat or liquids. The drip tray is dishwasher safe.
