Safety Instructions

  • Always place the laminator on a stable, flat surface.
  • Keep the laminator away from water or other liquids.
  • Do not insert metal objects or foreign materials into the machine.
  • Ensure proper ventilation around the laminator during operation.
  • Unplug the device when not in use or before cleaning.
  • Do not touch the laminator's exit slot immediately after use, as it may be hot.
  • This appliance is not intended for use by persons (including children) with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities, or lack of experience and knowledge, unless they have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance by a person responsible for their safety.
  • Do not laminate empty pouches.
  • Do not laminate more than one pouch at a time.
  • Do not cut pouches before lamination.

  • Power Switch: Turns the laminator on/off.
  • Indicator Light: Shows power status and warm-up completion (green when ready).

Setup

  1. Unpack the laminator and place it on a flat, stable, and heat-resistant surface.
  2. Ensure there is enough space behind the laminator for the laminated documents to exit freely.
  3. Plug the power cord into a standard electrical outlet.
  4. Turn on the laminator using the power switch. The indicator light will illuminate.

Operating Instructions

1. Warm-up

After turning on the laminator, it will begin to warm up. This typically takes less than 5 minutes. The indicator light will turn green when the laminator is ready for use.

2. Preparing the Document and Pouch

Place your document or photo inside a laminating pouch of the appropriate size (A4, A5, or A6). Ensure the document is centered and leaves an even border on all sides for optimal sealing.

3. Laminating Process

  1. Once the green indicator light is solid, carefully insert the sealed edge of the laminating pouch into the feed slot of the laminator.
  2. Keep the pouch straight and centered as it feeds into the machine. The laminator will automatically pull the pouch through.
  3. Do not pull or push the pouch during the lamination process.
  4. The laminated document will exit from the rear slot. Allow it to cool on a flat surface before handling.

4. ABS Function (Jam Release)

If a pouch becomes jammed or misaligned during lamination:

  1. Immediately turn off the laminator.
  2. Press and hold the ABS button. This will release the pressure on the rollers.
  3. Gently pull the jammed pouch out of the feed slot.
  4. Once the pouch is removed, release the ABS button.
  5. Allow the laminator to cool down before attempting to laminate again.

Maintenance

  • Cleaning: Ensure the laminator is unplugged and completely cool before cleaning. Wipe the exterior with a soft, dry cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or solvents.
  • Roller Cleaning: Periodically run a cleaning sheet (available separately) through the laminator to remove any adhesive residue from the rollers.
  • Storage: Store the laminator in a dry, dust-free environment when not in use.

Troubleshooting
