5. Setup

5.1 Charging the Device

  1. Connect the provided USB Type-C charging cable to the charge port at the rear of the device.
  2. Connect the other end of the cable to a suitable USB power adapter (not included) or a computer USB port.
  3. A yellow/orange charging indicator light will illuminate on the underside of the device, and a battery symbol will appear on the display.
  4. Once fully charged, the charging LED will blink green (faintly).

5.2 Installing the Mobile Application

  1. Download and install the "ViHelth" application from the Apple App Store (for iOS devices) or Google Play Store (for Android devices).
  2. Open the ViHelth app. You can choose to log in as a guest or create an account.

5.3 Pairing with the Mobile Application

  1. Ensure Bluetooth is enabled on your smartphone.
  2. In the ViHelth app, navigate to the "Monitoring" section.
  3. Tap "Add a device now" (or similar prompt) to initiate the search for your ECG monitor.
  4. The app will display the ECG device, typically as "ER-S" followed by a number. Tap on the displayed device.
  5. To complete pairing, firmly touch both electrodes on the device with two fingers for a few moments. The device will then connect and be ready for use.

6. Operating Instructions

6.1 Taking a Measurement

  1. Ensure your fingers are slightly moistened for better contact with the electrodes.
  2. Hold the device firmly with both hands, ensuring each hand makes good contact with one of the metal electrodes (left hand on left electrode, right hand on right electrode).
  3. The measurement will begin automatically. The device can record for 30 seconds or up to 5 minutes.
  4. The measurement progress, including the ECG waveform and heart rate, will be displayed in real-time on the device's OLED screen.
  5. After 30 seconds or 5 minutes, a notification will appear on the display indicating the completion of the measurement.

6.2 Viewing and Analyzing Data

  1. The measurement data is automatically transferred to the ViHelth app when the device is connected via Bluetooth.
  2. In the app, navigate to the "History" or "Results" section.
  3. To view an analysis report, tap on the "AI Analysis" option next to the desired measurement. The app will process the data and generate a report.

6.3 Managing User Data and Sharing Reports

  • The ViHelth app allows for the creation and management of an unlimited number of user profiles. You can filter users to quickly access their specific data.
  • The app offers unlimited storage for your ECG records and analysis reports.
  • Historical data can be reviewed at any time within the app.
  • You can share daily reports with healthcare advisors directly from the application.

7. Maintenance

7.1 Cleaning the Device
