Operation
Follow these steps to prepare your favorite coffee beverages.

1. Filling Water Tank
The machine features a 44 oz (1.3L) removable water tank. Ensure the water level is between the MIN and MAX marks. The transparent design allows for easy monitoring of the water capacity.

2. Filling Milk Reservoir
The 23.7 oz (700ml) milk reservoir is detachable for easy refilling and storage. Ensure it is installed and locked correctly; otherwise, the cappuccino and latte button indicators will not light up.

Tip: The milk reservoir can be stored in the refrigerator to keep remaining milk fresh. Use the remaining milk within 1-2 days.
3. Preparing Coffee Grounds / ESE Pod
The machine comes with stainless steel single and double shot filters, and an ESE pod filter for convenience.

For ground coffee, add the desired amount to the filter and tamp evenly, ensuring it does not exceed the max line. For ESE pods, simply place the pod in the designated filter.

4. Brewing Espresso / Coffee
The 20 Bar professional high-pressure pump ensures optimal coffee extraction, creating golden crema and enhancing aroma. The LED display shows the coffee extraction time and water temperature (optimal 198°F).

After preheating is complete, select your desired coffee mode from the control panel.
5. Automatic Milk Frothing
The proprietary milk frothing technology creates silky-smooth microfoam. You can manually add more milk foam or froth milk alone without coffee extraction, ideal for various lattes.

6. Hot Water / Americano Function
Press the Americano & Hot Water button once for a single cup Americano, twice for a double cup Americano. Press and hold this button for about 5 seconds for hot water, useful for tea or cleaning accessories.

7. Customizing Coffee Volume
You can customize the capacity of each type of coffee to suit your taste preferences.

Cleaning and Maintenance
General Cleaning
Regular cleaning ensures the longevity and performance of your espresso machine. The removable drip tray makes cleaning convenient and accommodates cups of different heights.

Wipe the exterior with a damp cloth. Clean the portafilter and filters after each use.
Cleaning Milk System
After preparing milk-based beverages, ensure the milk reservoir and dispensing tube are thoroughly cleaned to prevent blockages and maintain hygiene. Refer to the 'How To Take Care of The Rest of the Milk?' section for milk storage tips.
Descaling
Over time, mineral deposits can build up inside the machine, affecting performance. Descale the machine regularly according to the hardness of your water. Use a descaling solution specifically designed for coffee machines and follow the product's instructions carefully.
