Important Safety Instructions

- Always attach plug to appliance first, then plug cord into the wall outlet. To disconnect, turn any control to "off", then remove plug from wall outlet.
- Do not use appliance for other than intended use.
- Oversize foods or metal utensils must not be inserted in a toaster oven as they may create a fire or risk of electric shock.
- A fire may occur if the oven is covered or touching flammable material, including curtains, draperies, walls, and the like, when in operation.
- Do not place any of the following materials in the oven: paper, cardboard, plastic, or any other materials not specifically designed for oven use.
- Do not store any materials, other than manufacturer's recommended accessories, in this oven when not in use.
- Do not place cooking utensils or baking dishes on the glass door.

Setup and Installation
- Unpacking: Carefully remove the oven and all accessories from the packaging. Retain packaging for future storage or transport if needed.

- First Use Burn-Off: It is recommended to run the oven empty for about 15 minutes at 400°F (200°C) before first use. This helps to burn off any manufacturing residues and odors. Ensure the area is well-ventilated during this process.

General Operation Steps
- Prepare Food: Place food on the appropriate tray or rack. For rotisserie cooking, secure the food onto the rotisserie spit.
- Insert Tray/Rack: Slide the tray or rack into the desired rack position inside the oven. The oven has 4 shelf positions for flexibility.
- Select Function: Turn the Function Knob to select your desired cooking mode (e.g., Bake, Roast, Pizza). The selected function will appear on the LCD display.
- Set Temperature: Turn the Temperature Knob to set the desired cooking temperature. The temperature range is 150°F to 450°F.
- Set Time: Turn the Time Knob to set the desired cooking duration. The timer can be set from 1 minute to 10 hours.
- Activate Convection (Optional): Press the Turbo Convection Button if you wish to use the convection fan for faster and more even cooking. This is recommended for most baking and roasting tasks.
- Start Cooking: Press the Start/Cancel button to begin the cooking process. The oven will preheat if necessary, and the timer will begin counting down.
- Monitor Progress: You can monitor the cooking progress through the glass door. Avoid opening the door frequently to maintain internal temperature.
- End of Cooking: Once the timer reaches zero, the oven will beep and automatically shut off. Carefully remove the cooked food using the provided anti-scald gloves.
- Cancel Operation: To stop cooking at any time, press the Start/Cancel button.

- Glass Door: Clean the glass door with a glass cleaner or a damp cloth. For baked-on food, a non-abrasive scrub pad can be used carefully.
