Setup

Heat Settings:
- Power On: Press and hold the heat button (indicated by wavy lines) for 2-3 seconds to turn on the heating function. The indicator light will illuminate.
- Adjust Heat Level: Short press the heat button to cycle through the three heat settings:

- Medium (e.g., blue light)
- High (e.g., red light)
- Auto-Off: The heating function will automatically turn off after 30 minutes to prevent excessive heating and conserve battery.
- Power Off: Press and hold the heat button again for 2-3 seconds to turn off the heating function manually.
Massage Modes:
