4. Setup

1. Unpack and Inspect: Carefully remove the inverter and all accessories from the packaging. Verify that all components listed in "What's in the Box" are present: Power Inverter, Cables, and Fuses. Inspect for any physical damage.
2. Choose a Location: Select a dry, well-ventilated area for the inverter. Ensure there is sufficient space around the unit for air circulation, especially around the cooling fan and vents. Avoid direct sunlight or heat sources.
3. Connect DC Input Cables:
   • Ensure the inverter's ON/OFF switch is in the "OFF" position.
   • Connect the red (positive) cable to the positive (+) terminal on the inverter and the positive (+) terminal on your 12V DC battery.
   • Connect the black (negative) cable to the negative (-) terminal on the inverter and the negative (-) terminal on your 12V DC battery.
   • Tighten all connections securely to prevent loose contacts, which can cause overheating or arcing.
