Setup

Initial Charging

Before first use, fully charge your AKG N9 Hybrid headphones. The charging time is approximately 3 hours. Use the provided USB-C charging cable.

Connectivity

1. 2.4GHz USB-C Dongle: For instant and seamless connection to devices like laptops and desktops. The smart USB-C dongle is conveniently stored within the left earcup.

Maintenance

Troubleshooting

Headphone Reset

If you experience connectivity issues or unusual behavior, performing a factory reset may resolve the problem. This will restore your headphones to their original settings.

To reset your headphones, press and hold the Play and Ambient Aware buttons simultaneously for 5 seconds. This action will reset the headphones to their factory settings.

General Issues

• No Power: Ensure the headphones are fully charged.
• No Sound: Check volume levels on both headphones and connected device. Ensure proper connection (Bluetooth, dongle, or 3.5mm cable).
• Poor Sound Quality: Verify the audio source quality. Ensure no physical obstructions are blocking the earcups.
• Bluetooth Pairing Issues: Make sure the headphones are in pairing mode. Delete previous pairings on your device and try again.
