Input Section (Input A & Input B)

Setup Guide
Unpacking
Carefully remove the speaker from its packaging. Inspect the unit for any signs of damage that may have occurred during transit. Retain the original packaging for future transport or storage.
Power Connection
- Ensure the B1C's ON/OFF switch is in the 'OFF' position.
- Connect the supplied IEC power cord to the AC IN socket on the rear panel of the speaker.
- Plug the other end of the power cord into a suitable AC power outlet.
Initial Placement
Place the B1C speaker on a stable, flat surface or mount it on a compatible speaker stand. Ensure adequate ventilation around the unit to prevent overheating.
Connecting Audio Sources
- Microphones/Instruments: Connect microphones or instruments to the XLR/TRS combo jacks (Input A or Input B).
- External Devices (Aux): Connect smartphones, tablets, or other audio players to the 3.5mm AUX IN jack using a stereo audio cable.
Operation
Powering On/Off
- Before powering on, ensure all volume controls are set to their minimum position.
- Flip the ON/OFF switch to the 'ON' position. The POWER LED will illuminate.
- To power off, first reduce all volumes, then flip the ON/OFF switch to 'OFF'.
Bluetooth Pairing
- Turn on the B1C speaker.
- Press and hold the PAIR/LINK button until the Bluetooth indicator starts flashing, indicating it's in pairing mode.
- On your Bluetooth-enabled device (e.g., smartphone, tablet), search for available Bluetooth devices and select "Behringer B1C".
- Once paired, the Bluetooth indicator will glow solid. You can now stream audio wirelessly to the speaker.
Using Microphones and Instruments
- Connect your microphone or instrument to Input A or Input B.
- Slowly increase the VOLUME control for the respective input.
- Adjust the BASS and TREBLE controls to achieve your desired tone.
- Monitor the CLIP LED; if it flashes frequently, reduce the input volume to prevent distortion.
Adjusting Sound
- Reverb: Turn the REVERB knob clockwise to add more spatial effect to your sound.
- EQ: Use the BASS and TREBLE controls on each input channel to fine-tune the low and high frequencies.
- Overall Volume: Adjust the individual channel volumes and the AUX volume to balance the mix.
Maintenance and Care
- Cleaning: Disconnect the power before cleaning. Use a soft, dry cloth to wipe the exterior. Do not use liquid cleaners or aerosols.
- Storage: Store the speaker in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures.
- Handling: Avoid dropping or subjecting the speaker to strong impacts. Use the integrated handle for transport.
