Wiring Diagram
Refer to the following diagrams for correct wiring connections. Ensure all connections are secure before powering on the unit.

Rear Camera and CANBUS Wiring
For the rear view camera, connect the red cable to the positive terminal of the car's reverse light cable and the black cable to the negative terminal. The CANBUS system facilitates communication with your vehicle's existing controls.

CANBUS Configuration
Proper CANBUS configuration is crucial for integrating the stereo with your vehicle's systems, especially for steering wheel controls.
- Without CANBUS Decoder: Connect the plugs or steering wheel control wires (Key1/Key2) in the power cable to the corresponding port or wire of your original car. Then, navigate to Settings -> Car Settings -> General (Enter SWC setting interface) and manually match to activate button functions.
- With CANBUS Decoder: Connect the CANBUS before powering on the machine. Then, go to Settings -> Car Settings -> Factory (password: 000000) -> CarType Setting. Select the brand of the CANBUS decoder, then the matching model and year according to your vehicle.

Initial System Settings
- Language Configuration: Navigate to Settings -> More settings -> Language input -> Language configuration -> Add a language. Select your desired language.
- Time Configuration: Go to Settings -> More settings -> Date and time. Enable 'Use GPS to provide time' for automatic synchronization.
- Wi-Fi Connection: Access Settings -> Wi-Fi. Turn on Wi-Fi, select your network, and enter the password to connect.
- Screen Brightness Adjustment: In Settings -> Monitor, adjust the 'Day' and 'Night' brightness sliders as needed.
- Touch Calibration: From Settings -> Factory configuration (password: 1234), select 'Touch calibration'. Follow the on-screen prompts to calibrate the touchscreen. For five-point calibration, place five fingers simultaneously on the screen to initiate.
- Touch Button Learning: In Settings -> Factory configuration (password: 1234), select 'Touch button learning'. Follow the instructions to assign functions to the physical buttons on your unit.
- Key Learning: Similar to touch button learning, this allows you to assign functions to other keys. Navigate to Settings -> Factory configuration (password: 1234) -> Key learning.
- Rear Camera Source Configuration: Go to Settings -> Factory configuration (password: 1234) -> Video source configuration. Select the required resolution for your rear camera (e.g., AHD 720P 25fps).
- Split Screen Configuration: Enable the split screen function via Settings -> Factory configuration (password: 1234) -> Split screen function. You can then activate split screen by pressing the function button in the status bar.
- Speed Unit Change: On the main screen, tap the speed unit (e.g., km/h) to toggle between units like mph.
Operating Instructions
Wireless CarPlay & Android Auto
Connect your smartphone wirelessly for seamless access to navigation, music, calls, and more.
- Open the CarPlay or Android Auto application on the head unit.
- On your smartphone, enable Bluetooth and pair with the device named 'BLINK_6115' (or similar).
- Confirm the pairing code.
- Once connected, your phone's interface will appear on the car stereo display, allowing you to use compatible apps.

Mirror Link
Mirror Link allows you to display your smartphone screen directly onto the car stereo.
- Open the 'Mirroring' application on the head unit and select either 'iPhone' or 'Android'.
- For iPhone: Set up a Personal Hotspot on your iPhone and connect the car stereo to this Wi-Fi network. Then, on your iPhone, select 'Screen Mirroring' and choose 'zj-airplay'.
- For Android: For the first connection, scan the QR code displayed on the head unit with your phone's browser to download the mirror software. Connect your phone to the head unit via Bluetooth and turn on your phone's Personal Hotspot. Connect the head unit to your phone's Personal Hotspot. Open the zPlus app on your phone and click 'Start Mirroring'.
Bluetooth Connectivity
Enjoy hands-free calls and audio streaming by pairing your smartphone via Bluetooth.
- Access the Bluetooth application from the main menu.
- Ensure Bluetooth is enabled on both your smartphone and the car stereo.
- Search for available devices on your phone and select the car stereo's Bluetooth name (e.g., 'BLINK_UNW2652').
- Confirm the pairing code if prompted.
- Once connected, you can make calls, access contacts, and stream music.

FM/RDS Radio
Tune into your favorite radio stations with FM/RDS functionality.
- Open the 'Radio' application.
- Use the on-screen controls to scan for stations or manually tune to a specific frequency.
- RDS (Radio Data System) provides additional information like station name and traffic announcements where available.
GPS Navigation & Wi-Fi
The unit comes with built-in GPS navigation and Wi-Fi connectivity for online maps and app downloads.
- Connect to Wi-Fi (see Initial System Settings) to use online maps or download offline maps.
- Access the 'Maps' application for navigation.
- The GPS antenna ensures accurate positioning.

Audio Equalizer (EQ)
Customize your audio experience with the integrated equalizer.
- Open the 'EQ' application.
- Choose from various preset sound modes (e.g., Classic, Pop, Rock, Jazz) or manually adjust the frequency bands to create your preferred sound profile.
- Adjust audio balance and fader settings for optimal sound distribution within your vehicle.

Steering Wheel Control (SWC)
Program your steering wheel buttons to control the stereo for convenience and safety.
- After initial CANBUS setup (if applicable), navigate to the 'Steering Wheel Control' learning interface (refer to Initial System Settings).
- Follow the on-screen instructions to assign functions (e.g., volume up/down, track skip, mode) to your vehicle's steering wheel buttons.

Split Screen Function

- Ensure the split screen function is enabled in Factory Settings (see Initial System Settings).
- Press the dedicated split screen button (often found in the status bar or quick settings) to activate.
- Select the two applications you wish to display side-by-side.
User Interface Themes
Personalize your stereo's appearance with a variety of user interface themes.
- Access the 'Theme Selection' application.
- Browse through the available 26 UI themes and select your preferred style.
Maintenance
Memory Optimization
To ensure smooth operation and prevent performance degradation, regularly optimize the system memory.
- Swipe down from the top of the screen to access quick settings or notifications.
- Look for a memory optimization or clear cache option (often represented by a broom icon or similar).
- Tap it once to optimize the memory.
Troubleshooting
If you encounter any issues, please refer to the following common troubleshooting steps:
- No Power: Check all power connections and ensure the vehicle's ignition is on. Verify the fuse is intact.
- No Sound: Check speaker connections, volume levels, and EQ settings. Ensure Bluetooth audio is correctly routed if streaming.
- GPS Signal Loss: Ensure the GPS antenna is properly installed and has a clear view of the sky.
- Bluetooth/Wi-Fi Connectivity Issues: Ensure both features are enabled on the head unit and your smartphone. Try restarting both devices.
- Touchscreen Unresponsive: Perform a touch calibration (refer to Initial System Settings). If the issue persists, try a system reset.
- Steering Wheel Controls Not Working: Re-do the steering wheel control learning process (refer to Operating Instructions). Verify CANBUS settings if applicable.
- Rear Camera Not Displaying: Check the camera input cable connection and ensure the camera source is correctly configured in Factory Settings.
