Setup

Grinding Coffee Beans
Adjusting Grind Settings
The grinder offers 30 precise grind settings. Rotate the bean hopper to select your desired fineness. Settings 1-10 are ideal for espresso, 10-20 for drip/pour over, and 20-30 for French press/cold brew. Turkish coffee is not recommended.

Filling the Bean Hopper
Remove the hopper lid and pour fresh coffee beans into the hopper. Replace the lid securely. The 6.34oz capacity can make 15-20 cups of coffee.

Grinding into a Portafilter
Place your 51-58mm portafilter into the adjustable cradle. Adjust the cradle height for a secure fit. Use the electronic timer to set the grinding duration (0.1s increments for 1-25s, 1s increments for 26-60s). Press the play button to start grinding directly into the portafilter.

Remove the portafilter cradle and place the provided ground coffee jar beneath the dispenser. Set the desired grinding time using the electronic timer and press play.

Using the Electronic Timer
The LED touch screen allows precise control over grinding time. Use the '+' and '-' buttons to adjust the duration. The manual pulse button (hand icon) can be used for small, incremental grinds.
