1. Filling the Bean Hopper

Remove the lid from the bean hopper and pour fresh, whole coffee beans into the hopper. Replace the lid securely.

2. Adjusting Grind Settings

The grinder offers 30 precise grind settings. Rotate the grind adjustment collar to select your desired fineness. The arrow on the base indicates the current setting.

  • Espresso: Settings 1-10 (finer grind)
  • Drip/Pour Over: Settings 10-20 (medium grind)
  • French Press/Cold Brew: Settings 20-30 (coarser grind)

3. Grinding Coffee

You can grind coffee directly into a portafilter or the provided container.

Grinding into a Portafilter:

Attach the portafilter cradle to the machine. Adjust its height using the side knob to fit your 51mm or 58mm portafilter. Place your portafilter securely in the cradle.

Grinding into the Ground Coffee Container:

Remove the portafilter cradle. Place the provided ground coffee container on the base. Ensure the lid's opening aligns with the grind outlet.

Using the Control Panel:

The LED touch screen allows for both manual and timed grinding.

  • Manual Grinding: Press the button with the finger icon to start grinding. Release the button to stop.
  • Timed Grinding: Use the '+' and '-' buttons to set the desired grinding time (from 1 to 60 seconds, with 0.1s increments for 1-25s and 1s increments for 26-60s). Press the play/pause button to start. The grinder will automatically stop when the set time is reached.

Maintenance & Cleaning
