2. Important Safety Instructions

5. Setup
- Unpack: Carefully remove all packaging materials, including any protective films or inserts. Retain packaging for storage if desired.
- Clean: Before first use, wash the removable roasting pan, roasting rack, and lid in warm, soapy water. Rinse thoroughly and dry completely. Wipe the exterior of the main unit with a damp cloth. Do not immerse the main unit in water.
- Assemble: Place the main unit on a stable, heat-resistant surface. Insert the clean, dry removable roasting pan into the main unit. Place the roasting rack inside the roasting pan.
- Ventilation: Ensure there is adequate space around the roaster oven for proper ventilation during operation.
6. Operating Instructions
6.1 General Operation
- Prepare your food and place it on the roasting rack inside the removable pan.
- Place the lid securely on the roaster oven.
- Plug the power cord into a standard 120V AC electrical outlet.
- Turn the temperature control knob to your desired setting (150°F to 450°F). The power indicator light will illuminate, indicating the unit is heating.
- Once the desired temperature is reached, the indicator light may cycle on and off to maintain the temperature.
- When cooking is complete, turn the control knob to "OFF" and unplug the unit.
- Use oven mitts to carefully remove the lid, utilizing the integrated lid holder if desired.
- Using the handles on the roasting rack, carefully lift the food out of the roaster.
