2. Important Safety Instructions

• Read all instructions before using the appliance.
• Do not touch hot surfaces. Use handles or knobs. Always use oven mitts or pot holders when handling hot materials.
• To protect against electrical shock, do not immerse cord, plugs, or the main unit in water or other liquid.

• Unplug from outlet when not in use and before cleaning. Allow to cool before putting on or taking off parts.

5. Setup

1. Unpack: Carefully remove all packaging materials, including any protective films or inserts. Retain packaging for storage if desired.
2. Clean: Before first use, wash the removable roasting pan, roasting rack, and lid in warm, soapy water. Rinse thoroughly and dry completely. Wipe the exterior of the main unit with a damp cloth. Do not immerse the main unit in water.
3. Assemble: Place the main unit on a stable, heat-resistant surface. Insert the clean, dry removable roasting pan into the main unit. Place the roasting rack inside the roasting pan.
4. Ventilation: Ensure there is adequate space around the roaster oven for proper ventilation during operation.

6. Operating Instructions

6.1 General Operation

1. Prepare your food and place it on the roasting rack inside the removable pan.
2. Place the lid securely on the roaster oven.
3. Plug the power cord into a standard 120V AC electrical outlet.
4. Turn the temperature control knob to your desired setting (150°F to 450°F). The power indicator light will illuminate, indicating the unit is heating.
5. Once the desired temperature is reached, the indicator light may cycle on and off to maintain the temperature.
6. When cooking is complete, turn the control knob to "OFF" and unplug the unit.
7. Use oven mitts to carefully remove the lid, utilizing the integrated lid holder if desired.
8. Using the handles on the roasting rack, carefully lift the food out of the roaster.
