1. Important Safety Instructions

Please read and understand all instructions before installing or operating this fixture. Failure to follow these instructions may result in electric shock, fire, or other hazards that could cause injury or property damage.

4. Setup and Installation

This fixture is designed for flush mount ceiling installation and operates on 120-277V circuits. Installation should be performed by a qualified electrician or a person familiar with electrical wiring.

4.1 Pre-Installation

1. Turn off power: Locate the circuit breaker or fuse box and turn off the power to the area where you will be installing the fixture. Verify power is off using a voltage tester.
2. Unpack: Carefully remove the fixture and all components from the packaging. Inspect for any damage.
3. Select CCT and Wattage: Before mounting, adjust the color temperature (CCT) and wattage settings using the switches located on the fixture. Refer to Section 5.1 for details.

4.2 Mounting the Fixture

1. Marking: Hold the fixture against the ceiling in the desired mounting location and mark the positions for the mounting screws.
2. Drilling: Drill pilot holes at the marked locations. If mounting into drywall, insert the provided plastic anchors.
3. Secure Mounting Plate (if applicable): Some models may have a separate mounting plate. Attach it to the ceiling using the provided screws.
4. Wiring: Connect the electrical wires from the ceiling to the fixture's wires according to local electrical codes. Typically:
   • Black (Live) to Black (Live)
   • White (Neutral) to White (Neutral)
   • Green/Bare Copper (Ground) to Green/Bare Copper (Ground)
   If using 0-10V dimming, connect the purple (dimming +) and gray (dimming -) wires to the corresponding dimmer wires. Cap off dimming wires if not used.
5. Attach Fixture: Carefully align the fixture with the mounting holes or mounting plate and secure it with the provided screws. Ensure the fixture is firmly attached to the ceiling.

4.3 Post-Installation

1. Restore Power: Once installation is complete and all connections are secure, restore power at the circuit breaker.
2. Test: Turn on the light switch to verify proper operation.

5. Operating Instructions

The ASD 4ft LED Wraparound Light Fixture offers adjustable color temperature and wattage, along with 0-10V dimming capability.

5.1 Color and Power Selection

The fixture features internal switches to select the desired color temperature (CCT) and wattage. These adjustments should ideally be made before installation, but can be accessed by carefully removing the end caps or diffuser if needed (ensure power is off).

• Color Temperature (CCT): Choose between 3500K (Neutral White), 4000K (Cool White), or 5000K (Daylight) to match your environment's lighting needs.
• Wattage: Select 32W, 40W, or 48W to adjust the brightness and energy consumption. Higher wattage provides more lumens.

5.2 0-10V Dimming

This fixture is compatible with 0-10V dimmers, allowing for smooth brightness adjustment from 10% to 100%. Ensure your dimmer switch is a modern LED 0-10V compatible model and was correctly wired during installation.

• To dim the light, use the connected 0-10V dimmer switch.
• The dimming range is typically 10% to 100% of the selected wattage.

6. Maintenance

The LED Wraparound Light Fixture requires minimal maintenance.

• Cleaning: Ensure power is off before cleaning. Use a soft, dry, or slightly damp cloth to wipe the exterior of the fixture. Do not use harsh chemicals, abrasive cleaners, or solvents, as these can damage the finish or lens.
• Inspection: Periodically inspect the fixture for any signs of damage or loose connections. If any issues are found, disconnect power and consult a qualified electrician.

8. Warranty Information
