Maintenance

Wipe the unit with a soft, dry cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or solvents. For the stylus, use a soft brush and gently brush from back to front.
2. Stylus Replacement
The stylus (needle) is a consumable part and will wear out over time. Replace it when you notice a decrease in sound quality or skipping. An extra stylus needle is included. Replacement needles are generally universal types available from audio retailers.
Troubleshooting
- No Power: Ensure the power adaptor is securely connected to both the unit and the wall outlet. Check if the power outlet is functional.
- No Sound: Verify the volume knob is turned up. If using external speakers, check their connections and power. If using Bluetooth, ensure the device is properly paired and playing audio.
- Skipping Records: Ensure the record player is on a stable, level surface. Clean the record and the stylus. The belt-driven turntable with spring suspension is designed to reduce vibration and skipping.
- Bluetooth Not Connecting: Ensure the record player is in Bluetooth pairing mode (blue indicator light). Turn off and on Bluetooth on your device, then try pairing again. Make sure no other devices are currently connected to the record player via Bluetooth.
- Poor Sound Quality: Check the condition of the stylus; it may need replacement. Ensure records are clean. Adjust Bass and Treble controls.
