8. Troubleshooting
8.1 No Internet Access
- Check all cable connections between the router, modem, and your devices.
- Verify that the WAN port LED is lit and stable.
- Restart your modem and router.
- Confirm your WAN settings in the router's web interface are correct according to your ISP.
8.2 Slow Network Speeds
- Ensure your devices are connected to the appropriate speed ports (e.g., 2.5G devices to 2.5G ports).
- Check for high network traffic or bandwidth-intensive applications.
- Verify that your ISP is providing the expected speeds.
- Consider disabling or optimizing certain security features like IPS/IDS if they are impacting performance, especially on lower-tier internet connections.
8.3 Unable to Access Web Management Interface
- Ensure your computer is connected to a LAN port of the router.
- Verify your computer's IP settings are set to obtain an IP address automatically (DHCP).
- Try accessing the interface using the default IP address (192.168.0.1).
- Clear your browser's cache or try a different browser.
8.4 Resetting the Device
If issues persist, you may need to reset the router to factory default settings. Locate the Reset button on the front panel. With the router powered on, press and hold the Reset button for approximately 5-10 seconds until the system LED blinks rapidly. Release the button, and the router will restart with default settings.
