Draining the Water
To drain the water from the reservoir, locate the drain plug at the bottom of the unit. Remove the plug to allow water to flow out. Ensure the unit is placed over a sink or a container to collect the water.
Troubleshooting
- No Ice Production: Check if the unit is plugged in, powered on, and has sufficient water in the reservoir. Ensure the ambient temperature is within the recommended operating range.
- Unusual Noises: This can sometimes be caused by mineral buildup. Perform a thorough cleaning cycle, both automatic and manual, focusing on the water circulation areas.
- Ice Melting Quickly: The ice maker is not a freezer. Ice will melt over time if not transferred to a freezer. Ensure the lid is properly closed to minimize melting.
