Setup

  1. Unpacking: Carefully remove the ice maker and all accessories from the packaging. Retain packaging for future transport or storage.
  2. Placement: Place the ice maker on a stable, level surface away from direct sunlight and heat sources. Ensure adequate ventilation around the unit.
  3. Initial Cleaning: Before first use, clean the interior of the ice maker, including the water tank and ice basket, with a soft cloth and mild detergent. Rinse thoroughly with clean water.
  4. Add Water: Fill the water tank with clean, pure water. You can use the external 1.5L water tank or directly fill the 0.5L top water tank. Do not exceed the maximum fill line.

Operation

  1. Power On: Plug the ice maker into a grounded electrical outlet. Press the ON/OFF button on the intelligent digital panel to turn on the unit.
  2. Ice Making Process: The machine will automatically begin the ice-making cycle. The indicator lights on the control panel will show the current status.
  3. Adjusting Ice Thickness: Use the "+/-" buttons on the control panel to adjust the ice-making time, which in turn changes the thickness of the ice cubes. Shorter times produce thinner ice, longer times produce thicker ice.
    • Thin Ice: Approximately 11 minutes
    • Medium Ice: Approximately 15 minutes
    • Thick Ice: Approximately 20 minutes

  1. Timer Function: Utilize the timer setting on the control panel to program the ice maker to start or stop at a specific time within a 1-24 hour period.

  1. Ice Collection: When the ice basket is full, the "Ice Full" indicator will illuminate, and the machine will pause. Remove ice as needed using the provided scoop.

Maintenance

  1. Self-Cleaning Function: To activate the self-cleaning cycle, ensure there is water in the tank, then press and hold the "+" button for 5 seconds or more. The cycle will run for 20 minutes.

  1. Draining Water: The unit is equipped with a drainage hole to facilitate quick draining of melted water. Ensure to drain the unit regularly, especially before storage or extended periods of non-use.
  2. Cleaning Water Separator Pipe: If the water separator pipe is blocked and no water flows down when the compressor and water pump are working, clean each hole on the pipe as shown in the diagram.

  1. General Cleaning: Regularly wipe down the exterior with a soft, damp cloth. For interior cleaning, use a mild, food-safe cleaning solution and rinse thoroughly.

Troubleshooting

  • "Add Water" Indicator On: This indicates that the water level in the tank is low. Refill the water tank as described in the Setup section.
  • "Ice Full" Indicator On: The ice basket is full. Remove some ice cubes to allow the machine to resume production.
  • Unusual Loud Noise: If the machine starts making loud noises, especially after some use, it may indicate an issue with internal components. Ensure the unit is on a stable surface and that the water separator pipe is not blocked. If the issue persists, contact customer support.
  • No Ice Production: Check if the water tank is filled, the unit is powered on, and the ambient temperature is within the recommended operating range. Ensure the water separator pipe is clear.
