Operating Instructions
1. Proper Measurement Posture
For accurate readings, ensure correct posture:
- Sit in a room with a suitable temperature.
- Relax your body and sit in a natural position.
- Ensure your back is straight and relaxed.
- Place your arm on a table with your palm facing upward.
- The center of the cuff should be at the same height as your heart.
- Avoid intense physical activity, eating, drinking, smoking, exercising, or getting wet at least 30 minutes before measurement.
- It is advisable to use the restroom before measurement.

2. Applying the Arm Cuff
- Slide the cuff onto your bare upper arm, approximately 2-3 cm (0.8-1.2 inches) above the elbow joint.
- Ensure the air tube is positioned on the inside of your arm and aligned with your middle finger.
- Wrap the cuff snugly around your arm. It should be tight enough that you can only insert two fingers between the cuff and your arm.
3. Taking a Measurement
- Press the 'Start/Stop' button to begin the measurement.
- The cuff will automatically inflate and then slowly deflate.
- The monitor will display your systolic (SYS), diastolic (DIA) blood pressure, and pulse rate (PUL).
- The voice broadcast system will guide you through the process and announce the results. This feature can be turned off if preferred.
Memory Management
The monitor supports two users (User 1 and User 2) and stores up to 99 readings for each user, totaling 198 memory sets. This allows for easy tracking of individual health trends.

1. Switching Users
Use the 'S' button to switch between User 1 and User 2 before taking a measurement.
2. Viewing History
Press the 'M' button to review past measurements for the currently selected user. The device can also calculate the average of the last three times for tracking.
Understanding Your Readings
- SYS (Systolic Pressure): The highest pressure in your arteries when your heart beats.
- DIA (Diastolic Pressure): The lowest pressure in your arteries when your heart rests between beats.
- PUL (Pulse Rate): Your heart rate, measured in beats per minute.
WHO Classification Indicator
The monitor includes a color-coded indicator based on World Health Organization (WHO) standards to help you understand your blood pressure levels at a glance.

Irregular Heartbeat Detection
If the measurement value exceeds 135 mmHg and is lower than 85 mmHg, the machine will show an irregular heartbeat icon, prompting you to consult a healthcare professional.
Maintenance
- Clean the monitor unit and cuff with a soft, dry cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or immerse the device in water.
- Store the device in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures.
- Remove batteries if the device will not be used for an extended period.
Troubleshooting
1. Inaccurate Readings
If you experience inaccurate readings, consider the following:
- Ensure the cuff is positioned correctly, 2 inches above the bend of your arm.
- Sit still for five minutes before measurement.
- Put your arms out in front of the table with your palms up and fingers relaxed.
- Maintain a seated position, aligning your arm and heart at the same level during measurement.
- Avoid wearing thick clothing as it may lead to inaccurate measurements.
- Avoid intense physical activity before taking measurements.
2. Display Issues
If the numbers on the screen are vague or lack contrast, ensure the device is adequately powered. If using batteries, check if they need replacement. If using USB, ensure a stable power connection.
