5. Troubleshooting
If you encounter issues with your NiPoGi P1 Mini PC, please refer to the following common troubleshooting steps:
- No Power: Ensure the power adapter is securely connected to both the Mini PC and a working power outlet. Try a different outlet if necessary.
- No Display: Check all display cable connections (HDMI, DP, Type-C). Ensure the monitor is powered on and set to the correct input source. Try connecting to a different display or using a different cable.
- No Internet Connection: For wired connections, check the Ethernet cable and router status. For Wi-Fi, ensure Wi-Fi is enabled in Windows settings and you are connected to the correct network with the correct password. Restart your router and the Mini PC.
- Peripherals Not Working: Ensure USB devices are properly plugged into the correct ports. Try connecting them to different USB ports. Update or reinstall device drivers if necessary.
- Slow Performance: Close unnecessary applications. Check for background processes consuming high CPU or RAM. Ensure there is sufficient free storage space. Run a disk cleanup and defragmentation (for HDDs, not SSDs).
- System Freezes/Crashes: Perform a system restart. Check for Windows updates. If the issue persists, consider performing a system restore or reinstalling Windows (back up your data first).
