Setup
- Unpacking: Carefully remove all packaging materials. Inspect the unit for any damage.
- Placement: Place the food warmer on a stable, level, and heat-resistant surface. Ensure adequate clearance for ventilation.
- Initial Cleaning: Before first use, clean all removable parts (pans, lids) with warm, soapy water. Wipe down the main unit with a damp cloth.
- Fill Water Well: Fill the water well with clean water. Ensure the water level is between the MIN and MAX indicators. Do not overfill.
- Insert Pans: Place the desired food pans into the water well.
- Connect Power: Plug the power cord into a grounded 110-120V electrical outlet.

Operating Instructions
- Power On: Turn the power switch to the "ON" position. The power indicator light will illuminate.
- Set Temperature: Rotate the temperature control knob to your desired heat setting. The heating indicator light will turn on.
- Preheat: Allow the unit to preheat for approximately 15-20 minutes until the water reaches the set temperature.
- Add Food: Place pre-cooked or hot food into the stainless steel pans. Cover with lids to retain heat and moisture.
- Monitor: The "heat and keep-warm" indicator light will cycle on and off to maintain the set temperature.
- Serving: Use appropriate serving utensils to dispense food.
- Power Off: After use, turn the temperature control knob to the lowest setting and then turn the power switch to "OFF". Unplug the unit from the power outlet.

Maintenance
Cleaning:
- Drain Water: Once the unit has cooled down, use the pre-installed tap to drain the water from the well.
- Remove Pans: Take out the stainless steel food pans and lids.
- Wash Components: Wash the food pans, lids, and any serving utensils with warm, soapy water. Rinse thoroughly and dry completely.
- Clean Unit Exterior: Wipe the exterior of the food warmer with a damp cloth and mild detergent. Do not use abrasive cleaners or scourers.
- Descaling: Periodically descale the water well to prevent mineral buildup. Use a commercial descaling solution or a mixture of vinegar and water. Follow the descaling product's instructions.

Troubleshooting
