4. Product Overview
4.1 Robot Components

4.2 Charging Dock
The charging dock provides power to recharge the robot's battery. Ensure it is placed against a wall with sufficient clear space around it (at least 0.5m on both sides and 1.5m in front) for the robot to easily dock.
5. Setup
5.1 Preparing for First Use
- Remove all protective films and stickers from the robot and charging dock.
- Install the side brushes by pressing them onto the posts until they click into place.
- Place the charging dock on a hard, level surface against a wall. Connect the power adapter to the dock and plug it into a power outlet.
- Ensure there are no obstacles within 0.5 meters to the left and right of the charging dock, and 1.5 meters in front of it.
5.2 Charging the Robot
For optimal performance, fully charge the robot before its first use. You can place the robot directly onto the charging dock, aligning its charging contacts with those on the dock. The robot will automatically return to the dock when its battery is low.
5.3 App Installation and Wi-Fi Connection
- Download the Bagotte app from the App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android).
- Register an account and log in.
- Follow the in-app instructions to add your BL20 robot. Ensure your smartphone is connected to a 2.4GHz Wi-Fi network, as the robot does not support 5GHz Wi-Fi.

6. Operating Instructions
6.1 Starting and Pausing Cleaning
- Start: Press the Power button on the robot or tap 'Start' in the app.
- Pause: Press the Power button again or tap 'Pause' in the app.
- Return to Dock: Press the Home button on the robot or tap 'Recharge' in the app.
6.2 Cleaning Modes

7. Maintenance
Regular maintenance ensures optimal performance and extends the lifespan of your robot vacuum.
7.1 Cleaning the Dustbin and Filter
- Press the release button to remove the dustbin/water tank unit.
- Open the dustbin lid and empty its contents into a trash bin.
- Remove the high-efficiency filter and foam filter. Tap them gently to remove dust. Do not wash the high-efficiency filter with water.
- Rinse the dustbin and foam filter with water. Ensure they are completely dry before reassembling.
- Reinstall the filters and close the dustbin lid. Insert the unit back into the robot.
7.2 Cleaning the Main Brush
- Turn the robot over. Pinch the tabs on the main brush cover to remove it.
- Lift out the main brush.
- Use the cleaning tool to remove hair and debris tangled around the brush and its bearings.
- Reinsert the main brush and replace the cover, pressing until it clicks.
7.3 Cleaning the Side Brushes
Periodically check side brushes for damage or tangled hair. If damaged, replace them. Remove tangled hair using the cleaning tool or scissors.
7.4 Cleaning Sensors and Charging Contacts
