The earphones are plug-and-play, requiring no additional drivers or software for basic audio functionality.

4. Operating Instructions

4.1 In-line Controls

The earphones are equipped with convenient in-line controls and a built-in HD microphone, allowing you to manage your audio and calls without needing to access your device.

• Volume Up: Press the '+' button.
• Volume Down: Press the '-' button.
• Play/Pause: Press the central button once.
• Next Track: Press the central button twice.
• Answer Call: Press the central button once during an incoming call.
• End Call: Press the central button once during an active call.
• Reject Call: Long press the central button during an incoming call.

6. Troubleshooting

6.1 Connectivity Issues

Most mobile devices do not require additional settings for Type-C wired earphones. However, if you experience issues such as audio not playing when the earphones are connected, please try one of the following troubleshooting steps:

1. Option 1: Open Settings on your phone > Go to Connections/Settings (may vary by device) > Find 'OTG' or 'OTG Connection' > Toggle it to the ON position.
2. Option 2: Enable Developer Options > Disable the option 'Disable USB Audio routing' > Insert the wired earphone > Enjoy music.
3. Option 3: Enable Developer Options > Enable OTG connection > Insert the wired earphone > Enjoy music.

Note: If the earphone is not used for more than 10 minutes, the OTG connection may get disabled automatically. You will need to enable it manually again.
