• WARNING: HEAVY LIFTING CAN CAUSE SEVERE PERSONAL INJURY. Always select the correct lifting tool (CGI 102519101) only with the aid of an assistant.
• WARNING: Authorized personnel are allowed to operate only. Unauthorized operation may cause serious injury or damage to the product. Please follow the operating instructions.
• WARNING: High voltage, overcurrent, short circuit, high/low temperature, overcharge, overdischarge, etc. are strictly prohibited.

• The battery case is made of high-strength cold-rolled metal plate (SPCC), featuring fireproof, shockproof, and IP67 waterproof properties. However, avoid intentional exposure to extreme conditions.

5. Setup & Installation

Follow these steps for proper installation of your TEMGO LiFePO4 battery system:

5.1. Battery Installation

1. Ensure the golf cart is powered off and all existing batteries are safely removed.
2. Place the TEMGO LiFePO4 battery securely in the battery compartment. If necessary, use the provided ratchet straps to firmly secure the battery. Drill small holes in appropriate locations (e.g., aluminum cross member) to anchor the straps, ensuring the battery cannot move during operation.

5.2. Wiring Connections

Connect the battery to your golf cart's electrical system and accessories:

1. Connect the main positive and negative cables from the golf cart to the corresponding terminals on the TEMGO battery.

6.1. Turning the Battery On/Off

• Store the battery in an environment with temperatures above 32°F (0°C) for optimal longevity. The battery features low-temp cut-off protection, stopping charging below 32°F and discharging below 4°F.
