Troubleshooting

Problem Possible Cause Solution
Microphone not pairing Microphone or receiver not powered on; out of range; low battery. Ensure both devices are powered on and charged. Bring devices closer together (within 164ft/50m). Restart both devices.
No audio output Microphone muted; receiver not properly connected; app settings. Check if the microphone is muted. Ensure the receiver is fully inserted into the device's port. Verify audio input settings in your recording app.
Poor audio quality/static Interference; microphone too far from mouth; noise reduction off. Move away from sources of interference (e.g., Wi-Fi routers). Position microphone closer to your mouth. Activate noise reduction.
Short battery life Incomplete charging; old battery. Ensure devices are fully charged. If battery life significantly degrades over time, contact support.
