1. Safety Information

Please read this manual carefully before operating the iScooter IK3 Electric Scooter. Failure to follow instructions may result in injury or damage to the product.

2. Package Contents

Verify that all items are present in the package:

3. Setup & Assembly

3.1 Unboxing and Initial Setup

The iScooter IK3 comes mostly pre-assembled. Follow these steps to prepare it for use:

  1. Carefully remove the scooter and all components from the packaging.
  2. Cut any zip ties securing the handlebar to the main frame.
  3. Locate the folding mechanism lever near the base of the handlebar stem. Push down on this lever to unfold the main frame until it locks into place.
  4. Extend the kickstand to support the scooter.

3.2 Handlebar Installation

Attach the handlebar to the stem using the provided tools:

  1. Align the handlebar with the top of the stem, ensuring the cables are not pinched.
  2. Insert the provided screws into the designated holes on the handlebar clamp.
  3. Use the appropriate Allen wrench to securely tighten the screws. Do not overtighten.

3.3 Adjusting Handlebar Height

The handlebar height can be adjusted to suit the rider's comfort:

  1. Locate the quick-release lever on the handlebar stem. Open the lever to loosen the stem.
  2. Press the small button on the side of the stem and slide the handlebar up or down to one of the three adjustable height settings.
  3. Once the desired height is selected, ensure the button snaps into one of the adjustment holes.
  4. Close the quick-release lever firmly to secure the handlebar in place.

3.4 Folding and Unfolding

To fold the scooter for storage or transport:

  1. Ensure the kickstand is retracted.
  2. Locate the folding mechanism lever at the base of the handlebar stem. Push down on the lever.
  3. Gently fold the handlebar stem downwards until it clicks into place, securing it to the rear fender.

To unfold, reverse the steps: push down the lever, raise the handlebar stem until it locks, and then extend the kickstand.

4. Operating Instructions

4.1 Power On/Off

To power on the scooter, press and hold the power button on the LED display for approximately 3 seconds until the display illuminates. To power off, press and hold the power button again for 3 seconds.

4.2 Speed Modes

The iScooter IK3 features 3 adjustable speed settings:

To switch between speed modes, short press the power button while the scooter is on. The LED display will indicate the current speed mode (E, N, or S). The display also shows battery life and current speed.

4.3 Lights Control

The scooter is equipped with colorful ambient lights for enhanced visibility and fun. To turn the lights on or off, press and hold the light button located near the power button on the handlebar.

4.4 Braking System

The iScooter IK3 features a dual braking system for reliable stopping power:

5. Charging Operation

The iScooter IK3 features an innovative magnetic charging design for easy and secure connection.

  1. Locate the magnetic charging port on the side of the scooter deck.
  2. Connect the magnetic charger to the port. The magnetic connection ensures proper alignment.
  3. Plug the charger into a standard wall outlet. The charging indicator on the charger will show the charging status.
  4. A full charge from 0% to 100% typically takes approximately 3 hours.
  5. Ensure the scooter is fully charged before its first use for optimal performance.

6. Maintenance

Regular maintenance ensures the longevity and safe operation of your scooter.

7. Troubleshooting
