Setup and Assembly
Follow these step-by-step instructions carefully for proper assembly of your Sperax Exercise Bike.
- Attach Front and Rear Stabilizers: Securely attach the front and rear stabilizers to the main frame using the provided bolts and washers. Ensure the leveling feet on the stabilizers are adjusted for stability.
- Install Pedals: Identify the Left (L) and Right (R) pedals. The left pedal tightens counter-clockwise, and the right pedal tightens clockwise. Thread them into the crank arms and tighten firmly.
- Attach Seat Post and Seat: Insert the seat post into the main frame and secure it with the adjustment knob. Attach the seat to the seat post and tighten the nuts underneath.
- Attach Handlebar Post and Handlebars: Insert the handlebar post into the main frame. Attach the handlebars to the handlebar post and secure them with the designated bolts.
- Connect Digital Display: Mount the digital display console onto the handlebar post. Connect the sensor wires from the main frame to the corresponding ports on the back of the display.

Operating Instructions
Adjusting the Bike
- Seat Height: Loosen the adjustment knob on the seat post, raise or lower the seat to your desired height, and re-tighten the knob. Ensure your leg has a slight bend at the knee when the pedal is at its lowest point.
- Seat Fore/Aft: Loosen the knob beneath the seat to slide the seat forward or backward for optimal positioning relative to the handlebars.
- Handlebar Height: Loosen the adjustment knob on the handlebar post, adjust the handlebars to a comfortable height, and re-tighten.
Resistance Adjustment
The Sperax Exercise Bike features a magnetic resistance system. To increase resistance, turn the red knob clockwise. To decrease resistance, turn it counter-clockwise. Press the knob down firmly to engage the emergency brake and stop the flywheel immediately.
Digital Display
The integrated digital display tracks your workout metrics including Time, Speed, Distance, and Calories Burned. Refer to the display's specific instructions for detailed operation and mode selection.
App Connectivity
Your Sperax Exercise Bike is designed to connect with popular fitness applications like Kinomap and Zwift via Bluetooth. Download the desired app on your smartphone or tablet, enable Bluetooth, and follow the app's instructions to pair with your exercise bike for interactive workouts.
Maintenance
