4.2 Wiring the Reversing Camera
Properly connecting the reversing camera is crucial for its functionality. Follow these steps:
- Connect the yellow RCA video cable from the camera to the 'CAM IN' port on the car radio.
- Connect the camera's power cable (red and black wires) to the vehicle's reverse light power supply. The red wire connects to the positive (+) terminal of the reverse light, and the black wire connects to ground (-).
- Identify the reversing trigger line on the car radio's wiring harness. This is typically a brown or pink wire labeled 'BACK' or 'REVERSE'. If your vehicle's wiring harness already provides a reverse signal to the radio, you may not need to connect this wire separately.
- If a separate trigger wire is needed, connect the reversing trigger line from the car radio's harness to the positive (+) terminal of the reverse light circuit.

7. Troubleshooting
This section addresses common issues and their solutions. If you encounter problems not listed here, please contact customer support.
7.1 Compatibility Issues (Incorrect Fit)
Problem: The compatible vehicle list indicates my car is suitable, but the actual installation does not fit.
Solution: This issue often arises because the connector type behind your vehicle's dashboard does not match the product's wiring harness. Our current wiring harnesses are primarily designed for common 36-pin and 40-pin dashboard connectors found in Volkswagen vehicles. However, a small number of vehicles feature a 52-pin dashboard connector. In such cases, you will need to purchase an additional wiring harness compatible with the 52-pin interface to ensure proper installation.

7.2 Power Consumption After Shutdown
Problem: The main unit experiences power consumption issues after the engine is shut down.
Solution:
- Confirm whether the CANbus and the A&B ports of the power line are connected at the same time. Do not connect them simultaneously.
- If the CANbus is connected, try unplugging it to see if the issue persists. This can help determine if the problem is related to the CANbus.
- After turning off the engine, test whether the ACC red wire of the power supply still has electricity. Confirm there is no wiring error. If the ACC red wire still has electricity after turning off the engine, it is necessary to reconnect it separately.
