Setup

Battery Installation

1. Unscrew the tail cap of the flashlight counter-clockwise.
2. Insert the included ACEBEAM 5000mAh 21700 battery with the positive (+) end facing towards the head of the flashlight.
3. Screw the tail cap back on clockwise until it is securely tightened. Ensure the tail cap is fully tightened to ensure proper electrical contact and water resistance.

Charging the Battery

The L16 2.0 features a built-in USB-C charging port for convenient recharging of the included battery.

1. Locate the USB-C charging port on the flashlight body, typically covered by a rubber flap.
2. Gently open the rubber flap to expose the port.
3. Connect the provided USB-C charging cable to the flashlight's port.
4. Connect the other end of the USB-C cable to a USB power source (e.g., wall adapter, computer USB port, power bank).
5. The indicator light near the charging port will show the charging status (e.g., red for charging, green for fully charged).
6. Once charging is complete, disconnect the cable and securely close the rubber flap to maintain water resistance.

Operating Instructions

Basic Operation (Tail Switch)

• Momentary On: Half-press the tail switch for momentary illumination. Release to turn off.
• Constant On/Off: Fully press the tail switch until it clicks to turn the flashlight on or off.

Mode Selection (Side Switch)

When the flashlight is on (via the tail switch), use the side switch to cycle through different brightness modes.

• Cycle Modes: With the light on, press and hold the side switch to cycle through Low, Medium, High, and Turbo modes. Release the switch at your desired brightness.
• Strobe Mode: Double-click the side switch quickly to activate Strobe mode. Double-click again to return to the previously used brightness mode.
