  2. Expand the Footbath: Place the collapsed footbath on a flat, stable surface. Gently pull up on the top rim of the footbath until it fully expands and locks into place. You should hear a click or feel it secure. Verify the safety-lock system is engaged.
  3. Positioning: Place the expanded footbath on a firm, level surface where you intend to use it, ensuring the power cord can reach an electrical outlet without being stretched or obstructed.
  4. Fill with Water: Fill the footbath with warm water up to the indicated 'MAX' fill line. Do not overfill.
  5. Add Bath Salts (Optional): If desired, add one of the included bath salt packets or your preferred bath salts to the water. Allow the salts to dissolve before placing your feet in the footbath.

  1. Power On: Plug the footbath into a standard electrical outlet. The unit will automatically begin to generate invigorating bubbles and activate the Heatkeep technology.
  2. Foot Placement: Gently place your feet into the footbath, ensuring they are comfortably submerged in the water.
  3. Bubble Massage: The footbath provides an invigorating bubble massage. You will feel gentle effervescence around your feet.
  4. Ergonomic Footbed Massage: For an enhanced massage experience, rub your feet back and forth over the raised and rolling center nodes located on the footbed. This provides targeted relief to the soles of your feet.
  5. Heatkeep Technology: The integrated Heatkeep technology helps maintain the temperature of the water you added to the tub, ensuring a consistently warm and comforting soak. This feature does not heat cold water, but rather helps prevent the water from cooling down quickly.
  6. Duration of Use: Use the footbath for a comfortable duration, typically 15-30 minutes. Do not exceed 60 minutes of continuous use.
  7. Power Off: When finished, remove your feet from the footbath. Unplug the unit from the electrical outlet to turn it off.

Troubleshooting

ProblemPossible CauseSolution
Footbath does not turn on.Not plugged in; power outlet issue; unit malfunction.Ensure the power cord is securely plugged into a working electrical outlet. Test the outlet with another appliance. If the issue persists, contact customer support.
Bubbles are weak or absent.Air vents obstructed; low water level.Check for any obstructions in the air vents at the bottom of the basin. Ensure water level is between MIN and MAX lines.
Water is not staying warm.Initial water temperature too low; prolonged use in a cold environment. The Heatkeep technology maintains the initial water temperature; it does not heat cold water. Start with warm water. If the room is very cold, the heat retention may be less effective over long periods.
Footbath does not collapse easily.Safety-lock system engaged; debris in hinges.Ensure the safety-lock system is fully disengaged. Check for any debris or foreign objects in the collapsible joints and remove them carefully.
