Setup and Charging
Charging the Trimmer
Before initial use, fully charge the trimmer. The trimmer can be charged using the included wireless charging dock or by directly connecting the USB-C cable.
- Connect the 4FT braided USB-C charging cable to the wireless charging dock.
- Place the trimmer onto the charging dock. The LED display will show the battery level and a charging indicator.
- Alternatively, you can plug the USB-C cable directly into the bottom of the trimmer for charging.
A full charge takes approximately 90 minutes. A 5-minute quick charge provides enough power for a quick touch-up.

Operating Instructions
Power On/Off and LED Display
Press the power button once to turn the trimmer on or off. The LED display will show the current battery percentage.
LED Spotlight
The trimmer features an integrated LED spotlight to illuminate the trimming area for precision. This light activates automatically when the trimmer is turned on.
Travel Lock
To engage the travel lock, press and hold the power button for 3 seconds until a lock icon appears on the LED display. This prevents accidental activation during travel. To disengage, press and hold the power button for another 3 seconds.

Attaching and Adjusting Guide Combs
The trimmer includes two adjustable guide comb attachments (2-7mm) for customizing hair length.
- To attach a comb, align it with the trimmer head and push until it clicks into place.
- To adjust the length, slide the comb up or down to select the desired millimeter setting (2-4mm or 5-7mm).
- For a close trim (0mm), remove the guide comb.

Wet and Dry Use
The HUMMINGBIRD MK6 is fully waterproof (IPX7 rated) and can be used wet or dry. This allows for convenient trimming at the sink, in the shower, or in the bath.
