3. Setup and Assembly

The Aipas C1 Electric Bike arrives approximately 95% pre-assembled. The following steps outline the final assembly and initial setup required before your first ride.

  1. Unpacking: Carefully remove the bike and all components from the packaging. Retain packaging for potential future transport or returns.
  2. Handlebar Installation: Attach the handlebar to the stem, ensuring all bolts are tightened securely. Adjust the angle for comfortable riding.
  3. Front Wheel Installation: Install the front wheel, ensuring the quick-release skewer or axle nuts are properly secured. Verify the brake rotor aligns correctly with the caliper.
  4. Pedal Installation: Identify the left (L) and right (R) pedals. Thread the pedals into the crank arms. Note that the left pedal has a reverse thread. Tighten firmly.
  5. Seat Post and Saddle Adjustment: Insert the seat post into the frame and adjust the saddle height for comfortable leg extension while pedaling. Secure the quick-release clamp.
  6. Basket Attachment: Securely attach the front and rear baskets using the provided hardware. Ensure they are stable and do not interfere with steering or wheel rotation.
