This portable air compressor is designed for efficient and convenient inflation of various items, including car tires, motorcycle tires, bicycle tires, sports equipment, and small inflatables. Featuring an automatic shut-off function, dual power options, and a clear digital display, it ensures precise and worry-free operation.

Setup

What's in the Box:

• Cordless Tire Inflator
• 20V Lithium-ion Battery Pack
• 12V Car Power Adapter
• Battery Charger
• 3 Nozzles (including a bike valve adapter for Schrader to DV Presta valve)
• User Manual

Charging the Battery:

1. Upon arrival, fully charge the 20V Lithium-ion battery pack using the provided battery charger.
2. Connect the charger to a power outlet and then to the battery pack. The charging indicator will show the charging status.
3. A full charge typically takes 3-5 hours.

Operating Instructions

Powering On and Setting Pressure:

1. Ensure the battery is charged and properly inserted, or connect the 12V DC adapter to your vehicle's power outlet.
2. Press the power button to turn on the inflator. The digital display will illuminate.
3. Use the unit selection button to cycle through PSI, BAR, KPA, and KG/CM.
4. Use the '+' and '-' buttons to set your desired target pressure.

Inflating:

1. Connect the air hose to the tire valve or inflatable item. Ensure a secure connection to prevent air leakage.
2. Press the start button to begin inflation. The inflator will automatically stop once the preset pressure is reached.
3. The built-in LED light will turn on during inflation, providing visibility in dark conditions.

Using the LED Light:

The inflator features a built-in LED light with three modes for enhanced safety and visibility:

• Standard Illumination: For general lighting.
• SOS Mode: For emergency signaling.
• Flashing Warning Light: To alert others to your presence, especially during roadside stops.

Press the light button to cycle through the modes.

Versatile Use:

This handheld air compressor is compatible with a wide range of items:

• Cars (tires under 245mm/50PSI)
• Motorcycles
• Bicycles
• Sport balls
• Small inflatable pool toys

Note: It is not suitable for high-volume inflatables, paddleboards, rafts, or vehicle tires wider than 245mm or requiring over 50PSI.

Maintenance

Device Durability:

• Allow the tire air compressor to cool down for 3 minutes after 10-15 minutes of continuous use. This ensures optimal device durability and prevents overheating.

Battery Care:

• Fully charge the battery upon arrival and before first use.
• Recharge the battery every 3 months if unused to maintain its capacity and lifespan.

Troubleshooting

Common Issues:

• Incompatible 12V Adapter: The 12V adapter is not compatible with Tesla Model Y (manufactured after approximately November 2021) due to its 16V car battery.
• Not Inflating: Ensure the hose is securely connected to the valve and the desired pressure is set correctly. Check battery charge.
• Overheating: If the device stops unexpectedly, it may be due to overheating. Allow it to cool down for 3 minutes after 10-15 minutes of continuous use.
