Setup

1. Charging the Earbuds and Case

Before first use, fully charge the earbuds and charging case. Connect the provided USB-C cable to the charging port on the case and a power source. The indicator light on the case will show charging status.

Maintenance

Cleaning:

Regularly clean your earbuds and charging case with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid using harsh chemicals or abrasive materials. Ensure the charging contacts on both the earbuds and case are free from dust and debris.

Water Resistance:

The TOZO E2 earbuds are rated IPX8 waterproof, making them resistant to sweat and splashes. However, they are not designed for swimming or prolonged submersion. Ensure the earbuds are dry before placing them back in the charging case.

Troubleshooting

• Earbuds not pairing: Ensure both earbuds are in the charging case, then open the lid to activate pairing mode. Check your device's Bluetooth settings and try reconnecting.
• One earbud not working: Place both earbuds back in the charging case, close the lid, and then reopen it. This often resets the connection.
• Poor sound quality: Ensure the eartips provide a good seal. Clean any debris from the earbud nozzles. Check your device's volume and EQ settings in the TOZO App.
