Setup

Charging the Earbuds and Case

The JLab Go Pop ANC earbuds come with a compact charging case that features an integrated USB-C charging cable. This allows for convenient charging on the go without needing to carry an extra cable.

• To charge the case, simply pull out the integrated USB-C cable and plug it into any compatible USB-C port (e.g., laptop, wall adapter).
• Place the earbuds into the charging case. The earbuds will begin charging automatically.
• A 10-minute charge provides up to an hour of playtime, and a full charge offers over 24 hours of total playtime with the case.

Pairing with Your Device

The JLab Go Pop ANC earbuds support Google Fast Pair for effortless connection with Android devices.

• Open the charging case. The earbuds will automatically enter pairing mode.
• For Android devices, a pop-up notification will appear on your screen for quick pairing.
• For other Bluetooth-enabled devices, go to your device's Bluetooth settings and select "JLab Go Pop ANC" from the list of available devices.
• The earbuds also feature Dual Connect, allowing you to use either earbud independently or both together.

Operating Instructions

Noise Control Modes

Control your listening environment with three noise control modes:

• ANC On: Activates Active Noise Cancelling to minimize external distractions.
• ANC Off: Disables Active Noise Cancelling.
• Be Aware Mode: Allows ambient noise to pass through for safe listening, especially when walking or running outdoors.

These settings can be adjusted via the JLab App for a personalized experience.

Cleaning Your Earbuds

To ensure optimal performance and hygiene, regularly clean your earbuds and charging case. Use a soft, dry cloth to wipe down the surfaces. For the eartips, you can gently remove them and clean with a damp cloth, ensuring they are completely dry before reattaching.

Water Resistance

The JLab Go Pop ANC earbuds are IP55 sweat and splashproof, making them suitable for workouts and light rain. However, they are not designed for submersion in water. Avoid exposing them to excessive moisture or harsh chemicals.

Troubleshooting

If you encounter any issues with your JLab Go Pop ANC earbuds, try the following common troubleshooting steps:

• No Sound/Connection Issues: Ensure Bluetooth is enabled on your device and the earbuds are charged. Try unpairing and re-pairing the earbuds.
