Before starting, ensure all connections are secure and the water supply is turned on. Never run the pump dry.

5.1 Initial Start-Up

  1. Connect the pressure washer to a grounded power outlet.
  2. Turn on the water supply completely.
  3. Squeeze the spray gun trigger to purge air from the system until a steady stream of water emerges. This primes the pump.
  4. Turn the ON/OFF switch to the 'ON' position. The motor will start.

5.2 Using the Nozzles

Select the appropriate nozzle for your cleaning task. Refer to the 'Nozzle Guide' section for details on each nozzle's application.

5.3 Using the Soap Tank

  1. Fill the 400ml soap tank with pressure washer-safe detergent.
  2. Attach the soap tank to the gun lance.
  3. Use the 40° (black) nozzle for optimal soap application. This nozzle provides low pressure, allowing the detergent to mix effectively with the water.
  4. Spray the detergent onto the surface to be cleaned. Allow it to soak for a few minutes (refer to detergent instructions).
  5. Remove the soap tank and switch to a higher-pressure nozzle (e.g., 15° or 25°) to rinse the surface.

6. Nozzle Guide

The ETOOLAB CA-W5-3 comes with 4 quick-connect nozzles, each designed for specific cleaning tasks:

  • 0° Red Tip (Ultra High Pressure): Provides a concentrated, pencil-point jet for dissolving stubborn substances on hard, non-delicate surfaces like concrete, metal, or heavily soiled brick. Use with extreme caution.
  • 15° Yellow Tip (High Pressure): Delivers a narrow, powerful spray for intensive cleaning of hard surfaces, removing paint, grease, or heavy dirt from concrete, driveways, and metal.
  • 25° Green Tip (Medium Pressure): Offers a wider, fan-shaped spray suitable for general cleaning of wood decks, fences, siding, and vehicles. It balances cleaning power with reduced risk of surface damage.
  • 40° White Tip (Low Pressure/Wide Spray): Produces a broad, gentle spray ideal for delicate surfaces, rinsing, or applying detergents. This is the recommended nozzle for use with the soap tank.
