Important Safety Information

Setup Guide

1. Battery Installation

For the RC Car:

1. Use the included screwdriver to open the battery compartment on the underside of the RC car.
2. Insert one of the 3.7V 500mAh Lithium Ion batteries, ensuring correct polarity (+/-).
3. Close the battery compartment and secure it with the screw.

For the Remote Control:

• Open the battery compartment on the back of the remote control.
• Insert 2 x AA batteries (not included), observing polarity.
• Close the compartment.

For the Gesture Sensing Watch:

• The gesture sensing watch typically has a built-in rechargeable battery. Refer to the charging section for initial charge.

2. Charging the RC Car Batteries

The RC car comes with three 500mAh rechargeable batteries for extended playtime. Use the provided USB charging cable.

1. Connect the battery to the USB charging cable.
2. Plug the USB end of the cable into a standard USB power adapter (e.g., phone charger, computer USB port, power bank).
3. The charging indicator light on the USB cable will show the charging status (e.g., red for charging, off or green for fully charged).
4. Charging typically takes 60-90 minutes per battery. Do not overcharge.

Note: The USB charging cable includes overcharge protection for safety.

3. Pairing the Controller/Watch with the Car

Follow these steps to establish a connection between the car and its controller (remote or watch):

1. Ensure the car battery is charged and installed, and the car's power switch is OFF.
2. Turn ON the remote control or gesture sensing watch.
3. Turn ON the RC car.
4. The car and controller will automatically pair. A successful connection is usually indicated by a solid light on the controller or car.
5. If pairing fails, turn off both devices and repeat the steps.

Operating Instructions

The Tecnock RC Stunt Car offers versatile control and exciting features. You can control it using either the traditional remote control or the innovative gesture sensing watch.

1. Basic Controls (Remote Control)

• Left Joystick: Controls forward and backward movement.
• Right Joystick: Controls left and right turning.
• Stunt Buttons: Specific buttons on the remote activate various stunts like 360° rotation, side drifting, or mode changes. Refer to the remote's markings.

2. Gesture Sensing Control (Watch)

Wear the gesture sensing watch on your hand. Your hand movements will directly control the car's actions.

• Forward/Backward: Tilt your hand forward or backward.
• Left/Right: Tilt your hand left or right.
• Stunts: Specific hand gestures (e.g., twisting your wrist) can activate stunts like 360° spins or side drifts. Experiment to discover all commands.

3. Stunt Features and Modes

• 360° Rotation & Drifting: The car can perform impressive 360-degree spins and drifts, adding excitement to playtime.
• Double-Sided Flip: Designed for double-sided driving, the car can flip over and continue operating if it lands upside down.
• On-Road & Off-Road Modes: The car can transform to adapt to different terrains.

  • Off-Road Mode: Transforms for better traction and stability on rougher terrains like sand, grass, dirt, and rocks.

4. Cool Lighting Effects

Maintenance

• Cleaning: Wipe the car with a soft, dry cloth after each use. Do not use water or chemical cleaners. Remove any debris from the wheels and chassis.
