Safety Information

Please read all safety warnings and instructions before operating the NutriBullet Ultra. Failure to follow these instructions may result in injury or damage to the appliance.

  • Always unplug the blender when not in use, before assembling or disassembling parts, and before cleaning.
  • Do not immerse the motor base in water or other liquids.
  • Avoid contact with moving parts.
  • Do not blend hot liquids. Hot ingredients can create pressure, causing the cup to burst and potentially cause injury.
  • Never operate the blender with an empty cup.
  • Ensure the blade is securely attached to the cup before placing it on the motor base.
  • Do not overfill the cups. Fill ingredients only up to the MAX line.
  • Keep hands and utensils out of the blending cup while blending to prevent injury.
  • This appliance is not intended for use by children. Close supervision is necessary when any appliance is used near children.

Setup

Before first use, wash all components (cups, lids, and blade) with warm, soapy water. Rinse thoroughly and dry. The motor base should be wiped clean with a damp cloth.

  1. Place the Motor Base: Position the motor base on a clean, dry, and level surface. Ensure it is stable.
  2. Assemble the Cup: Fill your chosen cup with ingredients. Do not exceed the MAX fill line.
  3. Attach the Blade: Screw the Rapid Extractor Blade onto the open end of the cup until it is tightly sealed.
  4. Connect to Power: Plug the power cord into a standard electrical outlet.

Operating Instructions

The NutriBullet Ultra features an intuitive glow interface for blending.

  1. Place Cup on Base: Invert the assembled cup (with blade attached) and place it onto the motor base. Twist clockwise until it locks into place. The illuminated touch interface on the motor base will light up, indicating it's ready for operation.
  2. Select Blending Mode:
    • Automated Smoothie Cycle: Press the full circle icon on the interface for a pre-programmed blending cycle that automatically stops when complete.
    • Pulse Function: Press the pulse circle icon for manual, hands-on control. Release to stop blending. This is useful for chopping or achieving specific textures.
  3. Monitor Blending: Observe the blending process. If ingredients are too thick, add more liquid. Do not blend continuously for more than one minute.
  4. Finish Blending: Once blending is complete, twist the cup counter-clockwise to unlock it from the motor base. Carefully remove the blade assembly from the cup.
