This manual provides essential information for the safe and efficient operation of your BESTHERM OVEO 1000W Electric Ceramic Dry Inertia Radiator. Please read all instructions carefully before installation and use, and retain this manual for future reference.

Setup
1. Unpacking
Carefully remove the radiator from its packaging. Inspect for any damage. Retain packaging for transport or returns if necessary.
2. Wall Mounting
The radiator is designed for wall mounting. Ensure the chosen location allows for proper air circulation and is away from flammable materials. Refer to the provided mounting bracket and hardware for secure installation.

3. Electrical Connection
This appliance requires direct wiring into an electrical circuit. It is not a plug-and-play device. For safety and compliance, installation must be carried out by a qualified electrician.
Always connect the Neutral (Blue wire) and Phase (Brown or Red wire). The Black wire should only be connected for control via a central thermostat. Do not connect to earth unless specified by a qualified electrician for your specific installation.

4. Thermostat Installation
The thermostat is designed for tool-free replacement. Ensure it is securely attached to the radiator before operation.
Operating Instructions
1. Thermostat Overview
The radiator features an intuitive LCD display and control buttons. Familiarize yourself with the display icons and button functions:
- Up/Down Arrows: Adjust time, day, and temperature.
- Power Button: Standby mode.
- Programmer Button (three horizontal lines): Access programming settings.
- Window Open Detection Button (window icon): Activates/deactivates window open detection.
- Mode Button (M): Cycle through Comfort, ECO, Frost Protection, and Program modes (P1, P2, P3, P).

2. Setting the Clock and Day
If the appliance was not powered, the time will appear on the screen for adjustment after connection. Use the Up/Down arrows to navigate between hours, minutes, and days of the week. Press the Power button to confirm and exit, or wait 10 seconds for automatic exit to standby mode.
If the appliance is already running and you wish to adjust the time, press the Up and Down arrows simultaneously to enter the time setting mode.
3. Mode Selection
Press the 'M' button to cycle through the available operating modes:
- Comfort Mode: Maintains your desired set temperature.
- ECO Mode: Maintains a temperature 3.5°C lower than the Comfort mode setting for energy saving.
- Frost Protection Mode: Maintains an ambient temperature of approximately 7°C to prevent freezing.
- Program Modes (P1, P2, P3, P): Follows predefined or custom weekly schedules.
4. Temperature Adjustment
In Comfort, ECO, or Program modes, use the Up/Down arrows to set your desired temperature. Each press adjusts the temperature by 0.5°C. The setting will be saved automatically after 5 seconds of inactivity.
5. Keypad Lock
To activate the keypad lock, press and hold the 'M' button for 3 seconds. The key icon will appear on the display. To unlock, press and hold 'M' again for 3 seconds. Note: The power button remains functional even when the keypad is locked.
6. Window Open Detection
To activate this feature, press the window icon button. When a sudden drop in temperature is detected (indicating an open window), the radiator will switch to Frost Protection mode, and the window icon will flash. It will return to the previous mode when the temperature rises again. To deactivate, press the window icon button again.
7. Temperature Calibration
To enter the temperature calibration setting, simultaneously press the Programmer button and the Window Open Detection button for 5 seconds while the unit is in standby mode. Use the Up/Down arrows to adjust the compensated temperature range from -5°C to +5°C. The setting will be saved automatically after 10 seconds of inactivity.

Maintenance
1. Cleaning
Before cleaning, ensure the radiator is switched off and disconnected from the power supply. Allow the appliance to cool down completely. Wipe the exterior with a soft, damp cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners, solvents, or immerse the appliance in water.
2. Thermostat Replacement
The interchangeable thermostat can be replaced without tools. If replacement is necessary, follow the instructions provided with the new thermostat module.
Troubleshooting
If your radiator is not functioning as expected, please check the following:
- Ensure the power supply is connected and active.
- Verify that the thermostat is set to an appropriate mode and temperature.
- Check if the child safety lock is activated (key icon on display).
- If the radiator is not heating, check the heating indicator on the display.
