Setup Guide

Initial Charging

Before first use, fully charge your ProtoArc EK01 Plus keyboard using the provided USB-C cable. Connect the cable to the keyboard's USB-C port and a compatible power source (e.g., computer USB port or a DC 5V 1A charger).

Connecting via 2.4G USB Receiver

1. Locate the 2.4G USB receiver, typically found in a compartment on the keyboard or in the packaging.
2. Insert the receiver into an available USB-A port on your computer.
3. The keyboard should automatically connect. If not, press the dedicated 2.4G key (often labeled with a wireless icon) on the keyboard to activate the connection.

Connecting via Bluetooth

1. Ensure Bluetooth is enabled on your device (laptop, tablet, smartphone, etc.).
2. On the keyboard, press and hold one of the Bluetooth keys (labeled B1 or B2) until the corresponding indicator light flashes rapidly, indicating it is in pairing mode.

Using Multimedia Keys

Keyboard Not Connecting / Unresponsive

Backlight Not Working
