Follow these steps to effectively use your mattress vacuum cleaner:
- Power On: Press the power button on the handle to turn on the vacuum. The LED display will illuminate.
- Smart Sensor Indicator: The smart sensor will show a red line on the LED display when the surface is dirty, indicating the presence of dust and allergens. As the area becomes cleaner, the light will gradually turn blue.
- Deep Cleaning Modes:
- Strong Suction: The 600W motor provides 16Kpa suction power to lift embedded dirt.
- High-Temperature Hot Air (149℉): Activates to loosen dust and dehumidify fabrics, enhancing cleaning effectiveness.
- UV-C Light (253.7nm): Emits UV-C light for deep cleaning. For your safety, the UV-C light only activates when the two gravity sensor wheels at the bottom of the vacuum cleaner are fully pressed down against the surface.
- Tapping Function (33,000 RPM/Min): The roller brush taps the surface to dislodge deeply embedded particles.
- Ultrasonic & Anion: These technologies work to further purify the air and assist in particle removal.

Regular maintenance ensures the longevity and optimal performance of your Teant Mattress Vacuum Cleaner.
- Emptying the Dust Cup: After each use, or when the dust cup is full, press the dust cup cover release button to detach the dust cup. Carefully pour the collected dust and debris into a trash can.

If necessary, tap the filter to dislodge trapped particles. For a more thorough clean, rinse the detachable accessories, including the dust cup and filter components, with clean water. Ensure all parts are completely dry before reassembling.
- Cleaning the Roller Brush: Periodically check the roller brush for entangled hair or fibers. Press the roller brush cover lock on both sides to remove the roller brush. Clean off any debris and reattach securely.
- Exterior Cleaning: Wipe the exterior of the vacuum cleaner with a soft, damp cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or solvents.

6. Troubleshooting
If you encounter any issues with your Teant Mattress Vacuum Cleaner, refer to the following common problems and solutions:
- Roller Brush Stops Working: If the roller brush becomes entangled in fabric or hair, a locking rotor protection device will automatically stop its operation. Turn off the product, clear the entanglement, and then restart.
- Motor Overheat Protection: Continuous operation for a long time may trigger the motor overheat protection device, resulting in a brief shutdown. In this case, turn off the product and let it cool down for a period before resuming use.
- Reduced Suction Power: Check if the dust cup is full and needs emptying. Ensure the HEPA filter is clean and not clogged. Also, check for any blockages in the nozzle or air inlet.
- UV-C Light Not Activating: Ensure the two gravity sensor wheels at the bottom of the vacuum cleaner are fully pressed down against the surface. The UV-C light is designed to only work when in contact with a surface for safety.
If the problem persists after trying these solutions, please contact customer support.
