5. Setup and Blade Installation
5.1 Installing the Cutting Disc
- Ensure Power is Disconnected: Always unplug the saw from the power source before installing or changing the blade.
- Place Inner Flange: Place the inner flange onto the spindle.
- Position Cutting Disc: Carefully place the diamond cutting disc onto the spindle, ensuring the rotation arrow on the blade matches the rotation direction indicated on the saw.
- Secure Outer Flange: Place the outer flange over the cutting disc.
- Tighten Blade Clamp Bolt: Use the provided spanner and hex bolt to securely tighten the blade clamp bolt. Ensure the blade is firmly seated and does not wobble.

5.2 Connecting for Wet Cutting
For wet cutting applications, connect the water nozzle, valve, and hose to the saw and a water source. This helps to cool the blade and reduce dust.
- Attach the water nozzle to the designated port on the saw.
- Connect the hose to the water nozzle and secure it with the valve.
- Connect the other end of the hose to a clean water supply.
- Adjust the valve to control the water flow during operation.
6. Operating Instructions
6.1 Power On/Off
- To turn on the saw, press the ON/OFF switch.
