1. Introduction

Designed for locations without Wi-Fi or electrical power, it operates wirelessly via 4G LTE connectivity and is continuously powered by an integrated solar panel and high-capacity battery. 3. Setup Guide

3.1. SIM Card & MicroSD Card Installation

The GENBOLT GB203K-4G camera comes with a pre-inserted SIM card for immediate use. If you need to replace the SIM card or install a MicroSD card (up to 128GB, not included), follow these steps:

  1. Locate the rubber stopper on the camera body.
  2. Carefully remove the stopper to reveal the SIM card and MicroSD card slots.
  3. Insert the MicroSD card into its designated slot with the contacts facing down.
  4. If replacing the SIM card, ensure the new 4G LTE SIM card is correctly oriented and inserted.
  5. Securely replace the rubber stopper to maintain the camera's IP66 waterproof rating.

3.2. Power On the Camera

Before mounting, ensure the camera is powered on:

  1. Locate the power switch near the USB-C port (under the rubber stopper).
  2. Switch the camera to the 'ON' position.
  3. Wait for the blue indicator light to stay solid, indicating a successful network connection. This may take up to 1 minute.

3.3. App Download & Camera Pairing

To access and control your camera, download the UBox app:

  1. Download the UBox app from your smartphone's App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android).
  2. Register an account and log in. Ensure all necessary permissions are granted to the app.
